Kerri is the first person I have found who clips off the old acrylic instead of leaving it there. She also did not drill ridges into my nails like everyone else does. And her prices are reasonable.

Hair stylists do not care about the noise level and leave their doors wide open and shout over the hair dryers. I am a spa service provider so I contacted management and at first I thought everything would be fine because why would anyone want to cause stress purposefully to the other renters? Well I was sadly mistaken because the management did not handle it. Instead told the hairstylists they can leave their doors open and blamed me saying I was being a bully? So unprofessional. I do not recommend for estheticians or massage therapists who need a respectful and peaceful environment. This location or the Valencia location specifically because they are managed by same person.

My stylist, brow tech and mua, Tina at 2TheT salon, is the best ever! I haven’t stuck by her side for over 26+ years and traveled 50+ miles for an appointment for no reason. Simply talented, classy, professional and an all around beautiful person inside and out!

I always have the best time in Atelier. Soonie is my hair stylist and I love how he does my hair. His coloring is especially good. Usually after coloring my hair at other place, I can see my hair is damaged and the color fades out quickly but when soonie did my hair, i even loved how the color faded out. I recommend soonie when you go to atelier! :)

I'm sure the independent contractors are great but this is the most unorganized place. Do not call the general line if you are trying to get in somewhere. I called 3 times over a month to get an appointment no calls back. I finally got an appointment and they didn't email me a confirmation, I called to check the hair stylists name so that I didn't miss the appt as I didn't have their name, they told me they would call me back. I called three times that day so I wouldn't miss the appointment, no call backs. This place majorly sucks and their system for communication is archaic

This place is immaculate and well kept. When walking by the people that work here, all greet you with a smile. I come here for my lashes and eyebrows every month. I highly recommend ink'd, and doll'd up for all your eyelash services, Xochitl is the best.
