i bought my first car (a yellow '05 vw beetle) here and it went wonderfully! not only was the rep super helpful, courteous, and trusting of us, we also felt no pressure and we were free to investigate the car as much as we wanted. the buying process was streamlined and painless and i'm incredibly happy with the car! it looks and runs exactly as advertised on their website. can't complain, really. thank you guys for making my first car quick and easy to get! :)

I bought a 2008 Suzuki here. David helped us out, I had an appointment to look at two vehicles. He gave us our time and space to look at each one, we were able to test drive them and he was very transparent about any recalls and exactly what shape the cars were in. It was honestly a delightful experience. There was no pressure at all, the carfax report was printed out and sitting in each car and they were all clean when we got there to look at them. 10/10 would recommend!!

already put 5k miles on my new car with no issue. love the car. and thank you for reimbursing the smog check as promised. thought that was gonna be swept under the rug but they actually held true to their word which is quite respectable. wouldn't hesitate to buy my next car from here.

Thank you David and starfire for the most seamless buying process!!! Their transparency and responsiveness is not something I have experienced with other dealers. It was perfect for a decisive person like myself who had spent some time browsing the market already. I knew what I wanted when making the appointment and left with exactly what I was searching for. If I could, I’d give 6 stars, because he also recommended a place that might offer me more money for my old vehicle I was trying to sell… and they did! Thank you guys again! I still have the biggest smile on my face!

A huge thank you to David for everything. He was polite, knowledgeable, and honest throughout my entire buying process. One thing to note is that you DO have to make an appointment before you just show up. So make sure you schedule an appointment and let them know which car you want to see. When I came, the car was ready for me to check out, and was a super easy process once I decided to move forward with purchase.

Very quick service. Everything about the business is on their website. I felt they were thorough and forthcoming about their vehicles state and readiness. Car is running smoothly. Prices closely reflect Kelly Blue Book's reference price. Warranties available and 90 day return policy available. Grateful for their service.

Worst experience ever! Potential buyers, consider yourselves forewarned. Do yourselves a huge favor, and stay far, far away from this place! The owner, Abe Osman, his wife, and the rest of his crew will sell you a car in deplorable condition without batting an eye. Rude and condescending, they don't hesitate to prey on vulnerable customers who really need a car, but don't have a lot of money to spend. This comes from someone who has first-hand experience with this business and its owner and employees (and who is not using their actual name on their profile to prevent retaliation). They may well have good reviews from other customers, but just keep in mind that you too could end up being one of the unfortunate people who are taken advantage of. Think long and hard about whether you're willing to take that risk. On a side note, I'm so glad that I believe in karma. It'll get you one day, guys!!Small disclaimer: the opinions expressed herein are entirely my own.One final note: Abe, when you or your wife reply, and I know that you will, please know that I won't be reading it, because I'm not interested in anything that you could possibly say. EDIT: Three years later we’re back for another one! We traded in our old car for a kickass 97 Pathfinder and couldn’t be happier. I’ve recommended Starfire to countless friends and absolutely love the way they do business. It’s straightforward and clear how everything works and why the cars are priced the way they are. The whole system benefits both the buyer and the seller. Just do your research on the car you want! It’s not hard, people. I can only imagine the entitlement and dumbf*ckery these guys have to put up with on a daily basis. And as a buyer the last thing I want is some shady salesman trying to push a lemon on me for a taste of that sweet sweet commish. Anyway I’ll be a Starfire stan for life. More businesses should operate like this one!This place is great! Abe runs an honest business and is super nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were able to inspect and test drive the cars without any pushiness or BS.The whole process is fast and efficient, the prices are very fair, and the cars are all exactly as described on the website. Do your research ahead of time, pick your favorites, and then just make an appointment to go visit.Really great experience, I'd recommend it to anyone.

These guys are great! This was our second time buying a car from Starfire and it was an easy, pleasant experience all the way through. David was super honest, patient, and helpful during the whole process. We got a great deal on our trade in and are very happy with our new (used) car. This isn't a place where anyone is going to mess with you or be pushy about a sale, but the expectation is that you've done your homework and come in prepared. They don't want to waste your time and you shouldn't waste theirs.10/10 would recommend anyone looking for affordable, reliable, used vehicles should buy from Starfire.

READ THE WEBSITE'S DISCLAIMERS, THEY ARE UP FRONT AND DIRECT. David was awesome! Outstanding communication, patient, and very clear on process. He texted multiple times to answer questions and make sure we understood everything. We purchased our youngest's first car, and I really wish we'd known about this place with our other two kids. Prices are clearly stated, non-negotiable, and very reasonable. Neither my 17 year old or my husband are what you would call a "people person", but they both stated that David was "chill, non pressuring, and easy to deal with". They were in and out of the dealership quicker than any other car buying experience we have had anywhere. My son has had the car for about a month and hasn't had any unexpected issues. He is very pleased with his car, and his older brother is very jealous-I see another visit to Starfire Auto in our future. Thank you David for a painless and honest car buying experience.

Had a great experience with David at Starfire Auto. No pressure whatsoever, and the website literally explains absolutely everything about the business, purchase practices and appointments. They sell used vehicles - and are transparent about the condition of them, almost to the point of being hilarious in the vehicle descriptions. My son purchased a '97 Jeep with minor mechanical and cosmetic issues for $4000. We'll definitely come back!

Because they ad a great deal on the car we wanted, we drove all the way from Dallas to get there. Not only did we get the car we wanted at a great price in a great mechanical shape, but our salesman David went above and beyond and give all of our expectations. He was non-pressuring, upfront, and really kind and understanding. The car was exactly what David said it would be-beautiful, immaculately cleaned, and maintained. I highly recommend this used car dealer company! You won't regret getting your desired car here for sure!

I gotta say - I was skeptical at first. The deals on Starfire Auto's site seemed WAY too good to be true and, honestly, their purchasing process seemed too... easy. Nope. I'm here to say it really IS that easy. I had already researched a car on their site when I booked my appointment, so I knew which model I wanted when I came in. I was in and out of the shop in less than an hour, and I left very happily driving away in a newly purchased Saturn. They stay true to their word and what is posted on the Starfire Auto site, and everything about the Saturn was exactly as advertised (price, condition of car, etc.). Additionally, the staff is LOVELY - extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. David, their lead salesman, worked with me and made me feel comfortable with the buying process. His great attitude and transparency made me appreciate Starfire Auto even more. I will definitely be coming back here the next time I need to purchase a car!
