I went in for 2 different issues on 2 separate occasions one for losing my phone and two, I forward my text messages from my personal phone to my work phone accidently. Indeed Faizan the tmobile associate helped me so much, and should be given an employee award. Faizan you’re the man! Thank you for your chill vibe and caring demeanor. Wanted to write this review because people always take their time for negative reviews but never any time on the positive.

This place is awful, the manager Jeremy, treated my sister so terribly, she went home crying! Her phone was stolen the night before she went in and he was being sarcastic and mean, and kept pushing her to the side for other customers when she was trying to get help with her replacement phone. Seems like all he wanted was to make a sale and she wasn’t there for that. Don’t recommend this location at all!!

If i can put 0 stars i would this place took away my trade in and never gave me credit i was supposed to get 830 dollar’s credit over 2 years never did, took my trade in, a perfect working payed of iPhone and did nothing with it basically stole it i recommend everyone to go else where and not deal with these scammers , they stressed me out so much wasted so much time and never resolved anything

Rafael was amazing. My mother in law had gone to a different store and the erased all her photos, didn't help her set up her phone and was told she would receive a tablet but never got it. Rafael, help her set up her phone, did a update and gave her the tablet she has been paying service on for the last few months. He was really helpful!

5 Stars? Did I put that there? 5 Stars for our phone company? Well yes, this time and at this store I certainly did give 5 Stars. You see we got some cryptic message saying our SUV's phone connection needed an update to continue to operate, we got the parts at our local store and did what we were told. Nothing happened.The new parts did not work, or we did something wrong, we drove around as instructed and still nothing worked. We had to run an errand or two and wound up way out here in the process. That was a good thing.Spying another T-Mobile Store, we stopped in and asked for help, something we never do at the local store because we just get blank looks unless buying a new phone. This store actually had an answer for us and did what the other store had failed to do, update the simm card in our unit. WE plugged our box back in and things began to work again. Hey Mikey! It works now and we likes it! Wish this was our store.

I was so frustrated when I walked in the door but thank you to Erick for assuring me he could take of my issue. He tried his best but to no luck it was something we could not fix. He set me up with a new phone and a better outlook with tmobile. Thank you Erick for your dedication to help me! I truly appreciate you!!

I came in to get my old iPhone upgraded and wasn’t really expecting much from it. I ended up being very pleasantly surprised cause not only they were able to help me get a new iphone but Isreal, who is exceptional at his job, found me the best deal out there on a brand new IPhone 14!

Worst experience ever, especially the one in golden valley in Santa Clarita, was treated in the worst way, guy name Erick I believe was the worst, I asked for a supervisor and he said he was the supervisor for the day, went to switch to a different company right after being there, all I wanted was to by a new phone and he gave me the worst attitude!

We were dreading going in to update our phones. For one, our phones worked perfectly. I had the 11 and he had the 10. Secondly, our phones were in perfect shape. Always in covers and no cracks or breaks and thirdly, they were PAID OFF! So, imagining having to "upgrade" just because they weren't 5G was really frustrating to think about. Anyway, long story short, Jonny P. was awesome! We were totally expecting to go in and get ripped off, as is the general feeling anywhere these days. Didn't happen! He made the most of our visit there and we left with two brand new iPhone 14's and combined our two separate plans to one, saving us money, he made sure we both got the most back for our old phones (basically making the new phones FREE) and only paid $26!!! He really was a gem to work with, one of the best cellular employees either of us has ever had to deal with. He didn't try to up-sell us, he listened to what our concerns were and what we wanted to do and he made it happen. Thank you!
