Service was great. I shopped for about an hour and got the call that my four new tires had been installed. Polite, nice, and informative associate helped me.

very bad experience, I went there to open up my own line, they charged me for a plan that I didn't want, I went back and asked to change plans and asked if they could explain the plans to me they only told me the price of the line. I wanted the Iphone 7plus they didnt have it in store and had to order it, today I try to call T-mobile go see the status of my order and they tell me no one has places an order for my phone. I call the store and they don't know wjat happened either. I have has an extremely unpleasant experience, I have had t mobile bedore and its never caused so much problems. these people don't know whst they're doing, they need to get fired ir trained better. I am beyond furious with these people.

Tmobile te roba el dinero. Estuve con ellos alrededor de un aí±o pagando un teléfono y dos líneas y cada pago tenia facturas de pago altas que si no era una cosa era otra. Ni loca con esa basura de compaí±ia otra vez

Vien was a wonderful sales Representative. She was very patient and explained everything in a way I could understand because this tech stuff confuses me. Like to be able to call and make an appointment though, the wait was quite long due to the last day of a special sale.
