If you want great customer service and getting a great deal. Jason is the man. He put up with my dumb requests and made sure I left with the best deal. He listened to what I needed then he got me exactly that and more. We need more people like Jason. Thanks again bro.

This is a franchise store. Staff are rude, untrained and unhelpful. After 50 minutes I left and went to the company-store in Valencia Mall and they solved my issue in 5 minutes.

They're good salesman but don't entirely deliver. I have a lot of apps and photos on my phone. I would have rather gone home backed everything up and come back to make it easier but they said they can take care of it. Unfortunately not all my photos went through and I'm glad I double checked before wiping my old phone. What didn't accur to me was to see if all my apps were transferred. I use a authentication app on my phone. The problem is I do not have access to it because it did not transfer. Thus now im locked out of many important apps till a month later when I can regain access to a code. All has to be done by me and cannot be fixed by t-mobile. I was going to buy a phone for 30$ a month but they incised me into a new phone plan. I gave them 3 stars but depending on how smoothly this prorate will happen and everything transitions over will leave the stars at 3 or slowly loose more with details as to why. If my bill stays at the 150 that was quoted everything is almost well.

Depends the time you go. I have been lucky to arrive randomly and it hasnt been full so i get my stuff done asap. The people there also help with any questions you may have and help find a solution as well.

We were having trouble with our bill and phone line so we came into the store. Joseph was not only super professional and respectful, but he also was able to help out my father who doesn’t speak very well English. I found it to be extremely helpful and I’m very glad Joseph was there to assist us that day. Not only for his bilingual attribute but for his demeanor on handling the situation at hand. Also just want to Mention Brittney also was super helpful in the process.

I was helped by Joseph , the store manager. I got two new phones and had A LOT of questions. Joseph was very professional, helpful and patient with all my questions. Great store ! Great people ! 5 star all the way

Never have things in stock only the basics. Never tell you about promotions. Don't want to go over anything besides give me your ID and this is the price. When shipping your phone it does require a signature! Dont let them tell you otherwise. You also can't change the delivery address through UPS until after delivery is attempted not what we were told. We had a gentleman with long black hair and he def lacked customer service. This was our second purchase at this store with the same rep. The young lady helping the other customer seemed very knowledgeable and much more inclined to help. Next time I'll go to another location or request another person. Very unfortunate. This location is next to the library.

Go to another store, avoid these lazy unprofessional workers, the person behind the counter ignored me when I walked in then proceeded to avoid standard questions about coverage, he said "I don't know about the coverage, I don't live over here". I think the guy is name Kevin not sure but he shouldn't be in customer service. He tried to charge me $35 for a connection fee that same fee was free from the corporate T mobile 1 hour earlier. You can tell they just gave them a uniform and told them ok get to work.

we had a great experience with Tmobil office in 18635 Soledad Canyon store.First at all the Mobil Expert Jenni was extremely nice with us.She help us in a way that i will call her amazing.Thank you Jenni for your help, you deserve a race.

I went in today to change my phone , very non professional customer service the lady that helped me her name was itzel i believe im not sure she broke my screen protector and when i told her i want it she said it was already broken when it wasn't and she threw it in the trash like why?! Without asking??! And she was not knowledgeable any question i would ask she would give me the wrong information. If you are going to work at a place learn how to give information . So bad I regret going to this location and the way she was speaking to us not professional at all!!

On June 11, 2022, I walked into this T-Mobile store for new phone service, as I had had enough of my current carrier. It was the best experience I have had! I had the great pleasure of working with Jiovanni, who was outstanding! His knowledge of this industry is stellar, and his personality and warmth contributed to the best experience. I know he has been in this industry for quite some time, and it definitely showed in his explanations, how he does business, and how he sees, and treats his customers. Great customer service, and I trusted everything he stated. I hope you appreciate this employee, as there are not many like him, in any industry. Very happy to be with T-Mobile, and you can thank him for that!

This is the T-Mobile store is the one to go to, (the manager doesn't budge on simple things), but the women are professional, nice and have the experience to get you in and out. All they need is one more desk so the manager can come from the back and help when there's congestion. Two thumbs!!!
