“The vault on sierra hwy in canyon country is a great place to go to for vape needs, I loved going there. I've been thinking about going back there, but then I remember that my favorite person is gone. Everyone in there is great, but Marla was different. I feel like she got to know her customers, not because she felt like she had to, but because she wanted to. She always knew what I liked and what others liked as well. I could walk in and she knew what kind of day I was having instantly and if she knew it wasn't good she would ask what's wrong and tell me pretty much to keep my head up. I've had conversations with others there and in other shops, but again she was amazing.”

“Loving the "rude customer service" post. Not sure what service is expected when asking for dip and a scratcher. Usually I'm double parked or the car is circling back and time is a factor. I just assume they don't ask about my day because they don't care and that's cool. Also if you are in a smoke shop to buy vaping supplies and expect them to know everything about them they probably won't. Vape shops are the best place to go with questions. I'll never go to an auto parts store and ask about my cars extend warranty options. My secret to make all interactions with people epic is to blast "eye of the tiger" through some ear buds that way regardless of what anyone is saying it always feels inspirational.”

Excellent service (I am a novice to cigars) from Brian during the day and Joe at night. Always making me feel welcome and not intimidated by what I don’t know. I appreciate their help and advice without ever being pushy to sell.
The humidor is large and beautiful with a great selection. The store is clean and classy.
I’ve had the opportunity to rent the conference room for business meetings and it’s always on point, and reasonably priced.
The lounge and lockers are the jewels! A great relaxing atmosphere, whether the music or the TV events, always somewhere sit comfortably. You can visit with members and visiting smokers or sit quietly and relax.
A very diverse group of adults with great personalities and stories. It’s a place to feel at home while enjoying a good smoke.
I’ve attended a few events (Live music, cigar industry presentations, and taco nights) and am always happy to see so many locals enjoying the time together.
