I love this pharmacy. When you enter this pharmacy you are created with the most kind and professional staff. If they do not have something on hand that you would like to purchase, they will do absolutely everything they can to get it for you. There's a female worker long hair long nails rude is all I can say. She's rude to the Spanish speaking patient's because she thinks they won't complain. I came to pick up and rx because after calling to have it delivered she rudely hangs up the phone because she was so inconvenienced. Was rude to my father the day before hung up on him too. I walk in to pick up rx and why do they wanna give me a bag full of medication we didn't request refills for. They are over charging Medicare recipients you should all check your insurance. Why are there months worth of refills there waiting for him that where never requested, if they have auto fill why not deliver them to the patient or have them pick them up. They got their money from insurance so they dont care. I hope you do speak to this associate about her attitude I don't need eye rolls. Completely rude and it's not the first time.

I do not recommend. They've changed. Like being open on Saturdays, among other things. Not what it used to be.

This pharmacy is so Amazing. It’s the best pharmacy ever. Staff is so patient and thoughtful. I wish I had known about this pharmacy from day one. My endocrinologist recommended this place when Walmart and other pharmacies couldn’t fill a well needed prescription for years. Still to this day they can’t fill it. But Total Care Pharmacy has always been able too refill it and if I can’t make it to get a refill they go above and beyond to make sure I get it.And your over the counter items the prices are close to what you’ll find at WalmartI recommend this amazing Pharmacy to anyone who have autoimmune diseases and are having troubles getting the prescriptions you need to be refill.Thank you so much Total Care Pharmacy.

It is a quirk of human nature to write when things go wrong and less common to write when things go right. Having said that, I have used Total Care Pharmacy for over 1year now and I must say that I have not had a single incident where I was not treated right. To me Customer Service is the deciding facotr if I come back or not - and by far - everyone there exceeds the "Total Care" aspect of it. Wheter it's something I need right away or something I need delivered - they are always there for me - helping me as best as I can. From immunizations to Home Care Medicine Delivery - the only pharmacy that fills my prescriptions!

I had to think about this review this weekend before I decided to write it. I was at Total Care on Friday, which I have been going to for the past 15 years. There was this gentleman picking up his prescription and was treated very poorly. First and foremost we have HIPPA laws which were violated by this pharmacist. The pharmacist called his first name (I don't want to say it) which 2 gentleman responded too, than announced his last name loudly (which we all new now who he was) then started to talk to him loudly in a condescending voice about his prescription, (type of prescription and what it is for) OMG!!!! I stood there in shock. The gentleman was obviously not happy and just asked to pay for his prescription, the pharmacist felt the need to scold this gentleman like he was a child, again the man was professional and asked how much his prescription was, then left, after that the pharmacist continued to go on and on, amazing!!!! Fortunately, going forward this is not my pharmacy any longer, if this pharmacist can not obviously follow HIPPA laws with this customer what makes me think he can with me............

I love this pharmacy! Just about anything you need they have or can get. Erin makes sure everything is neat and clean and sanitary. She always talks to everyone very warm and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about her products. They offer delivery. They are fast and efficient. You leave with a smile on your face.

I can't say enough about the staff and service at this pharmacy!! THEY R PHENOMENAL!! They are Kind, compassionate, thorough and bend over backward to be helpful and explain everything! The prices are so fair if you have to pay out of pocket as well! They are the epitome of your old school neighborhood pharmacy! Absolutely love and recommend them!!
