Horrible customer service. Cannot complete basic tasks (even after multiple attempts), such as putting a secondary name on an account, returning funds after fraudulent activity (3.5 months), & mishandling of secure documents. My family will be closing their accounts from this bank.

Not happy with US Bank on their Business Loan process. I have paid off few business loans here and now they are giving hard time for next one which is non sense. Not sure where they are getting their underwriters from.I love working with Ruzhan and Brianne but the branch manager had nothing to try to get my loan.

Everything is a problem here, starting with opening an account, accessing it on line and even getting correct debit card pin. Be prepared to spent a lot of extra time on resolving various problems and simple things which are effortless at other banks.

Wow. Just rude. Called this location about a fraudulence charge and "Rooja" states i have a line in the lobby call the 800 #. Basically stating I dont have time for you. Maybe its time to look for another bank

Everytime I arrive, there's only one teller, and 2 employees sitting at desk. Why only one employee to assist people in line. Absurd. Get with it US Bank. Understandable I suppose due to short staffed everywhere. Finally was helped and teller was GREAT!

They should have a merchant teller window. I waited for 15-20mins because only 1 teller helping a merchant with stacks of money. With 4 different accounts. Note I was next in line.

1. Mom tried countless times to open an account, provided all documents you asked for. You had her "sign up" then a few weeks later reviled it. She called to speak with someone, she was told the manager will call back. The entire process seemed like the bank was doing her a favor. A competitor bank jumped in and accepted her in a heartbeat. The process was humiliating.2. For more than 5 years I have had my business account with you but even through the pandemic I kept you as my bank. However After a call with one of your agents/ managers/ supervisors (online) I don't think you're genuinely interested in supporting the growth of small businesses. If you're selective as to what kind of businesses you support/ work with, just make that clear instead of stifling our growth. My relationship with this bank has turned into an unnecessary nightmare. You're very frustrating!

Best bank ever. The manager and staff are top notch professionals. The have been very helpful and accomodating every time I've visited the Canyon Country branch. I highly recommend this bank
