Very nice facility. Came in on a Sunday. No one came to help. No one at front desk. Website inventory doesn't match what's on the lot. No one answers the phone. Drove up there anyway. After about walking the grounds for about 45 min I finally was able to persuade someone to help. I've made deals in the past many times over the phone and I cam appreciate the back and forth sales negotiations but what I can't stand is lying. After negotiating a price finally we filled out credit app. They come back and lie to me about what my score is when I have instant access to all my credit scores directly(not credit karma) This was there one last chance to get my monthly payment to go up. They dropped me to a lower teir with their "scale". Raised my payments by $100 a month. Also dissapointed on their sales team, clearly not very good at what they do. I came with deals from other dealers in writing but before showing them I asked what they can do. Just a heads up prices are heavily marked up before the dealer mark up. This dealer should not be part of the Autonation, its a embarrassment

I've been attempting to schedule a service appointment for several days now, but unfortunately, my experience with this dealership has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call, I'm directed to voicemail, which leaves me feeling ignored and undervalued as a customer.Finally, after multiple attempts, I managed to speak with Abigail, who seemed helpful at first. However, my hopes were quickly dashed when she put me on hold for an additional five minutes. To my surprise, she informed me that I would need to speak with an advisor to determine when I could even get an appointment with a loaner vehicle.The lack of effective communication and the unnecessary delays in scheduling have left me feeling dissatisfied and inconvenienced. As a customer, I expect more efficient and responsive service.I hope this review serves as constructive feedback for the business to improve their communication processes and streamline their service scheduling procedures. It's essential for businesses to prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure a smooth experience throughout the entire service process.

Looks like they need to work on communication here. As a potential buyer, we felt that they assume we were here just to " LOOK" at cars . No, we wanted to buy! I blamed this on management and marketing!

If you want your BMW to perform as it should, please service it here. My service advisor Bob Roland was very knowledgeable and courteous. Mind you they sometimes have some KRAZZY promotions,,,,,, 3yrs of oil change for $199?\\nYou can't find this anywhere on earth

About 3-4 weeks I was communicating with Jennifer Rossi. Everything was great, quick communication. I ended up showing up at the dealer and met with Jennifer. I spent about an hour, my Lexus was appraised and I left with Jennifer saying she would get in contact with me in regards to my X1 quote. It's been 3-4 weeks and she hasn't followed up. I did email her twice and I haven't heard from Jennifer.

Worst place to buy used car.I bought my 2016 M3 from Valencia BMW. The car has some issues and I tried to talk to Mike Moye the pre-owned sales manager, he didn't helped me at all and if you call him he doesn't pick up the phone.Please don't waste your time to buy used car from that place NO customer service.He sold the car to me with bad alignment, and the car door weatherstrip was broken he didn't even try to fix it.Very bad costumer service.

My daughter purchased a 2017 330e from Valencia BMW.They sold her a warranty full coverage for 4,000 dollars. The air conditioner went out on the car and this was suppose to be covered and the lousy warranty sold to my daughter by Valencia tells her they wont cover the repair they are claiming normal wear and tear. is it normal for an air conditioner to go out on an expensive car like this at 60k miles? It was in fact mechanical failure. This dealer knew he was selling a bogus warranty, I had to bring the issue up with BMW North America. We are currently awaiting the outcome. Don't buy a car from these guys they are not honest!

3 hours agoNEWNot recommend; There is no good follow-up from the internet sales department ( Ashton). Went in with the intention of purchasing an X5 M from this dealership. When we arrived, we waited around approx 10 minutes before Ashton came out. We arrived too late to start a sale, we understood. We called back the next day with the intention of pursuing the sale and spoke with Ashton again, who promised a return call in a couple of minutes. There was no return call or follow-up. Poor salesmanship and poor follow-up.

This past December my wife and I hit a pothole on the freeway and destroyed a run flat tire on a Sunday. Had our BMW towed to this dealership as it was the closest to where we were. I only let BMW dealers work on our car. The next day she was assigned to service advisor Jasmine Garcia. She explained to her that we recently purchased the tires at our home dealership, Rusnak BMW in Thousand Oaks 4 months earlier. She asked Jasmine if there was any kind of road hazard warranty on the tires and she said there was not. I payed about $500.00 for the new tire. Fast forward a couple months and we had our car at our home dealership for routine maintenance. We were telling our regular service advisor the tire story. He then advised us that there was indeed a 1 year road hazard warranty on the tires we bought and handed us a brochure with the warranty information. He advised us to contact Valencia BMW for a refund and we did just that. It has now been 2 months of back and forth text messages and phone calls with Jasmine and promises of "check is in the mail". I will post the text screen shots of that! I even it took it up a notch to whom I believe is the service manager, a gentleman by the name of Cam. He said he would look into it and get back to me. I still don't have my money back. I then went on to a higher up by the name of Derrick. I left a voicemail for him 7 days ago and have heard nothing back. To be fair, Derrick could be on vacation.Are you listening Valencia BMW? I want my money back that you should have never taken from me in the first place. I should not be out $500.00 because Jasmine was not properly trained on BMW's tire warranty policy.

So I saw a car online, on their website, for sale. I inquired online about the availability of the car. Immediately responded and said the car is available would you like to make an appointment. I said yes I'm driving 2.5 hours to come see the car just wanna make sure you have it in stock. The sales person said let me check. Another sales person called me and said the car was in maintenance and was unavailable to be looked at. Appreciated that. The next day another sales person calls me and says are you still interested in the car, I said yes. I'd like to make an appointment to see the car. When can I come see the car, as I'm assuming the car is out of maintenance, whatever that means. The sales person says I'll get right back to you and hangs up. Sales person 3 calls me back within a few minutes and says the car is here I'm looking right at it come on down. So I proceeded to drive 2.5 hours to see this car. I get there and ask for this particular sales person that I spoke to on the phone. This sales person is not any where to be found. No big deal somebody else can help me. Speak to another sales person and she says let me go find out where the car is and I'll pull up for you because it's not in the used car lot. She comes back and says the car is not here we do not have this car. So I showed her the ad on their website that says the car is here, and she says the car was shipped back to the dealership they took it from. OK thanks, which dealership did this car go to? She looks and tells me the dealership. Now this car is closer to where I live which is great. So I called the dealership and ask is this car available and they said it is would you like to make an appointment. By now it's 5 PM on a Thursday and traffic is rough, so I said let's schedule this appointment for Friday morning 9 AM. Arrive at the dealership at 9 AM car is not there. I ask where the car is, no one seems to know where this car is. It's finally determined that the car was sold two days before at the original dealership that I already went to. Talk about giving a used car or a car business a bad name, this Has to be the biggest joke I've even witnessed. Thanks for wasting my time Valencia BMW. Negative 5 stars

I bought a vehicle from here on March 13th it's now been 2 months but I only had the vehicle for maybe 3 weeks total. I'm making payments for a car I don't even have!! So 1st it wasn't a big issue my vehicle was leaking a little bit of coolant I took it in and they said they checked it twice and didn't find anything. I told them the vehicle wouldn't just repair itself and they were confident to give me my keys back. 2 days later I needed to leave my work because my wife needed a vehicle and couldn't drive our vehicle because coolant was pouring out and leaked all in my garage. They sent a tow truck to pick the vehicle up and I haven't seen it since. So if this wasn't bad enough they made my experience worst. I spent 2 weeks going back and forth about what's going on with my vehicle they haven't even touched it. They said waiting on approval... I took another day off work and drove there myself because I needed something to happen I was tired of waiting. I ask for the sales manager and waited they cashier came back and said it's all approved and going to get they vehicle done asap. Manager never came out to apologize or anything didn't even see him/her. I was provided with a rental vehicle but one that dosnt help me at all. I bought a 65k SUV and they provided a small car. (Toyota corrola) wow. They should be paying for the rental but i was charged $800+ and as of right now it's been 25 hours of calling 3 people said they were going to check into it and call me back never got a call. Bill called me Friday evening saying he going to look into it and call me back never call me never got my money back. In the middle of all this I had called to talk to the general manager i left my name and number with the secretary she said she gave it to him and he going to call me after the meeting NEVER called me. I find it very suspicious that every time I called he's in a meeting BS!!! All these meetings and can't improve ur service. It all starts at the top and trickles down the line. General manager I don't who u are but I'm a customer and been having issues fora month and a half straight why haven't u contacted me? id be surprised if u don't know who I am because when I call it don't matter who answers they know exactly who and what car is mine. That's how much I been calling all just to find out what's happening with my car. Let's see if ur going to contact me now??? Because maybe u just didn't know well now u do! Do We need pictures because I have all that too including the 3 weeks I also been texting ur service advisor?

So I just purchased an I3 that's dealer certified less than a month ago. Had a problem charging with stage 2 charging outlets however, the stock portable charger that the unit came with works just fine. I decided to have it checked at the nearest BMW dealership at Valencia. Found out that one of the component 'blew out', not sure if it was a fuse or a capacitor. The dealership immediately contacted BMW in Germany and requested for a replacement part. Processing and shipping took more than a week though but, it was all worth it. Now the charging works fine and works smoothly with Charge Point stations. Thank you very much for the awesome service!!! Would like to thank William who always updated me throughout the progress.

I wrote a very long detailed review on why this dealership (service dept. specifically) is the absolute WORST dealership I've ever dealt with, and they deleted it...huge respect... So i'll just say this place is a horrible, worthless, incompetent dealership, and I'll spend the rest of my life recommending people against it. Would rate them negative stars if possible.
