I was started on some medication that I would have to take every day indefinitely. My insurance insisted I could only get 30 pills at a time, which meant I had to pick up meds monthly. I went to Valencia Town Center Pharmacy bc they are conveniently located inside the Facey Medical building. The first few months, I waited to get my prescription filled, about 20-25 min, but they had me sign up to have it automatically filled. Great idea, I thought! I signed up. The next month, prescription was not ready when I showed up and the wrong pills were given to me. Went back to pharmacy, they filled it with correct medication. Of course, I had to wait about 15-20 min. I asked the guy about the automatic refill to which he replied I never signed up for. Hmm. OK, so I signed up again. The following month, I again showed up, prescription was not ready. I had to wait for it. When I told him I had automatic refill and I should not have to wait, he replied that I never signed up for it. I think we did another go-round, I signed up, next month prescription was not ready, I would have to wait 20 min or so. That was it, I told them to keep it, I was going to have it transferred to my previous pharmacy at Walgreens. So glad I did it! I get a text from them, I go to the drive thru and get my prescription in about 2 minutes. Valencia Town Center is nice enough people, but how could they be so inept? I will never use them again

I've never been happy with Valencia Town Center a total rip off, but the pharmacist made a life threatening error on my prescription. Fortunately there was no serious harm done but I never got an apology or an explanation just business as usual, keep my wallet open. Would never go back

The older lady up front who seems like a manager is so rude. I'm not sure how she still works here. She is not friendly and not helpful what so ever. She does give you a rude smirk when something goes wrong. I'm just going to switch pharmacies.

This is a great group of people who work quickly and efficientlyTo get your prescription to you! They even have delivery for a reasonable fee. But most of all I love coming here because the people are very nice! Always a smile and a greeting, they even remember my name!!. I've been coming here for about five years and I have never had a bad experience!

Outstanding customer service, quick and professional. I've been having problems with cvs since COVID started, for some reason the big chain pharmacies can't seem to refill my regular prescriptions( sometimes making me wait a week!) within a reasonable time frame. This pharmacy keeps my regular medications in stock, and specialty items only take a day. It's very stressful being dependent on medicines but this pharmacy has been a life saver. Only drawback is limited hours, but that's a price I'm willing to pay. I pray they stay in business forever! No joke

The staff is kind and hard working. They deserve more credit than some of these reviews are giving. Like most pharmacies, in my experience, they are often busy and likely overworked. They have come through for me on multiple occasions when I needed them to go beyond what should be asked. I wish they were open on weekends, outside of that this is a great location and the staff is wonderful.

Stephanie at this pharmacy is so wonderful. We have been coming her for years the customer service is always great and they're extremely efficient. You receive text within a couple hours of prescription refills. The pharmacy has and old school feeling .

We've been using this Pharmacy ever since we moved to Valencia. Stephanie and the whole team are great. She manages my mom's meds and takes care of everything so I don't have to. I really love the care and knowledge they put into our prescriptions.

They are the best pharmacy ever.Everybody who work there are very friendly and knowledgeable. They look out for you. If there's a coupon for any of your medications they will automatically apply it and save you hundreds of dollars. Our family has been going to them for as long as I can remember And only one time throughout all these years that they don't have the medication that we needed but they did all the footwork and looked for a pharmacy that has my medication and sent my prescription to that pharmacy. They are so awesome!!! They have the best service and caring people... they're like family.

If I could give this place negative one star I would. My experience involves Stephanie a manager. Bottom line to save you some reading: On a scale of 1 to 10: Compassion / customer care : 1 Work ethic / awareness: 1 Expletive / goes the extra mile: 1 I've use this pharmacy many times throughout the years as it's conveniently located to Facey urgent care. After leaving the urgent care of Facey I redirect my prescription from CVS to Valencia town Center pharmacy for convenience. I walk over to pick them up. After standing at the counter for a few moments Stephanie greets me if you want to call it a greeting and ask for my insurance card. Few minutes later she comes back tells me my insurance has been terminated. Granted I haven't come to this pharmacy in over a year and you get new insurance cards annually. I'm confused why my insurance is been terminated as I just used my insurance at the urgent care and CVS pharmacy regularly. Stephanie is of no service and has no explanation. She almost has a smile as she hands me back my card. I call my anthem Blue Cross and they explain to me everything is in force and effective. Anthem Blue Cross calls pharmacy and it turns out the pharmacy has some behind-the-scenes numbers that have to do with the "Scripps" and they need to be updated. After going back into the pharmacy for a status update younger gentleman behind counter asked if he can help me and raise me up. I asked him what happen with the insurance I can see Stephanie around the corner refusing to walk over. Eventually she does and explains to me in an accusatory manner as if it was my fault some provider number in their system changed with my insurance. I explained how my insurance was in force my insurance has been in force my group number membership number ID number everything is correct and has remain the same over the years. No apology from Stephanie. She could care less. This is been the least compassionate worst pharmacy I've ever been to. This pharmacy apparently has a high turnover rate anyhow because there's always new folks in there every time you come. It's experiences like this and people like her that really makes CVS look good and makes you wanna drive out of your way the extra mile to avoid this place.
