Moron of the year goes to the guy working at the location on March 17, 2024 at 11am, who was as useless as 2 shoes to a one-legged man. After 20 hours of no wifi and calls and chats to Verizon, I am told to go to this location to get a new box with an order number. I got there and I was told by the guy that there is an outage in the area and he refused to give a box to me. Is this guy a wanker or what? He dismissed me cause there was an outage but I told him I had been having issues with the box for the last month and he does not care, he wanted me and the other 3 people who were having issues with the service out of the door. Also what the hell is going on with Verizon in the area. We have an outage every few weeks. I told this guy on the call with Verizon I upgraded my service if it meant better wifi. Which I did, this guy dismissed me. He said another box would not help. He didnt give a shit. I am disgusted.

While not a corporate branch, this Verizon location adequately fulfilled our needs. My friend, husband, and I visited this establishment to upgrade our phones and to add a new line. Natalie, a representative at the store, assisted us. Her approach was kind, patient, and informative, which made the process smooth and efficient. She managed to add my friend's line, transfer her number, and merge it into our account in less than an hour. Although our new phone had to be shipped to the store, Natalie informed us about the shipping details and pickup times. Her remarkable memory of our order was demonstrated when she recognized us upon our return the next day, having prepared our phone order in advance. Additionally, she skillfully assisted my husband in transferring all his data to the new phone. It's important to note the presence of two other male employees during our visits. Unfortunately, they seemed indifferent and did not offer assistance; instead, they continued with their current customers. In stark contrast, Natalie immediately acknowledged our presence, informed us of a short wait, and assured us she would attend to us as soon as possible. Her friendliness and warmth stood out, making our experience much more pleasant. While we didn't purchase accessories, the store had various items available for multiple phone models. However, the lack of listed prices made it difficult to assess the value of these accessories. Overall, this location managed to meet our needs primarily due to Natalie's diligent work. For anyone planning a visit, I recommend asking Natalie to ensure you receive the best possible service.

George and Natalie are the best people at Verizon I’ve ever worked with. They actually listen and care . I’m a women of a certain age and they were patient with me and knowledgeable .

Worst place, didn't realize it was independently owned, once I purchased 2 iPhones, they were no longer helpful. Other friends bought cheaper at company Verizon store, feel mislead by many things, won't ever shop there again!

I’m very happy with the service I received at Verizon. Nataly was awesome! She is very knowledgeable in her field. She took extra time to make sure I was happy with my purchase and I got the most for my money that also fit my needs.

I was helped with a huge mobile account transition and there wasn’t a bunch of up-selling pressure! The rep Natalie (I believe was her name) even stayed a little past closing time to make sure everything was done and working properly!

Natalie was very persistent in solving our problem, it took over 3 hours to solve , but she demonstrated exceptional patience all while maintaining a very friendly and professional demeanor.

My phone was stolen Sunday in northern cali while on vacation, luckily i have a husband whos AWESOME and i came home to a brand new iPhone (not purchased at this location) i came to this location FRANTIC because i couldn't set it up and get the service working. George was tentative and SO amazing. He helped me get it all transferred from my iCloud & get the service on the new phone. Unfortunately along with my phone, my debit cards where also stolen since they were in my phone case. I told him i could call someone to pay over the phone but he could see that i had a rough weekend and waived the Verizon setup fee for me! If you go into this location please see George! I will definitely be going to him if i need to go back!

I went in to get a new SIM card which is free by the way. Only to be passed over when another customer came in. So I just ask if I could get a SIM card and the Manager said that will be 10$. And if I have them activate it will cost more. So if your looking to do business with Verizon just drive over to a Verizon corporate store over on Bouquet Canyon.

HOOK, LINE AND SINKER........ Avoid ASURION! (Not A Corporate Store). So, I've been a Verizon wireless customer for decades and boy am I disappointed with this (NON CORPORATE) store after todays email. For starters, first, I called Verizon Wireless customer service on the way there because I only wanted a to do business with a "Corporate" store, the customer service Rep incorrectly or lied that this store was a corporate store. Once I went into the store and started the transaction for a new device, I mentioned that I'm glad that they were a corporate store and they said they were NOT! Since I was already there and the process had already started, I unfortunately decided to follow through with the purchase of my new phone and was optimistic that I wont get scammed by this non corporate store and Asurion associate George. I told George multiple times during the transaction that I did not want any insurance, cloud or any other additionally charged optional features. George told me multiple times that will not happen.... Well, today (July 7, 2023) a week after I purchased the new phone, I get an email stating that I will be charged $17 a month for Verizon Mobile Protect. I was steamed, I called Verizon customer service and had them remove that service and I was told that I'm also being charge for "Cloud Service"..... WOW. All the additional charges were removed by the very helpful Verizon Wireless customer service Rep and she apologized. Now, this store should be ashamed of themselves and upper management should look into this practice especially after the customer stated that they didn't want any other optionally charged features. Never again will I go to a non corporate Verizon store and especially Asurion outlets and I'm also the Go-To tech guy for my friends and I will tell them to avoid these Asurion outlets. Too bad, they had their chance.

I had a great time with the entire team at the store. They made me feel like I was part of their team, after I left I was already missing them. That's how much fun I had while shopping there. To George and the rest of the team Thankyou for your great attitude towards me and my daughters. I will be back for sure.
