I have the same complaint as customer Suge P. I purchased an accessory (earbuds) on October 16, and they were defective. I returned them, and the replacement pair had the same problem. When I attempted to return the second defective pair, the representative told me they could only accept the return with a receipt. The receipt from the original purchase could not be used because it was used for the 1st return. The problem is that I was not issued a new receipt after the 1st return. I was not given any option. So, I was stuck with a $79.99 + tax purchase that does not work. When I called the product manufacturer, they explained that it was discontinued and originally made in 2019, so they were not surprised that it did not work. I resolved to return the product to the manufacturer. However, the manufacturer valued the product at $70, so I lost $10 and had to upgrade to a higher-priced product because the discontinued product was no longer available. The Victra representative was defensive and never apologized for my inconvenience. I would rate this a Zero if there was an option to do so.

They sell off brand low quality accessories probably from alibaba then refuse to exchange when the products stop working. Save your time and money

This is not an issue with staff - but for management. Please consider adjusting store hours online to reflect actual availability. It takes time and gas to get to the store and it goes to waste when there's a post it on the door saying "be back at 4" at 2:55pm. I get you're probably understaffed, and your staff needs breaks. That's perfectly fine, but don't communicate that via post it. Adjust your store hours (like officially close one hour everyday) so your customers don't have to play a guessing game.

Joselyn helped my wife and I , and she is absolutely amazing!! We had an issue with a credit on a trade in not being credited to our account and she found the problem very quickly and she had to help the corporate center with the details because they couldn’t find it by themselves. Joselyn really cares about the Verizon customers and she goes above and beyond to make sure that everyone has a positive experience at this location.

Joselyn is an absolute treasure , she's so helpful everytime I come in. I have now been coming to the store for 2 years now , since our first visit we continue to only come to this location and will leave if she's not here. Every other Rep has been rude and dismissive. I have referred all of my friends and family and we all feel the same about her.

Ordered a new iPhone from Verizon and instead of having it shipped, I decided to pick it up from this store which is not Verizon but an Authorized retailer thinking it would be faster. What a mistake that was. Two days later still trying to pick up the phone. 1st day guy says he's having system issues to come back the next day. Went back today. He was now having issues opening the safe where the phone was stored. Finally manages to open the safe and he brings out the phone. He then tells me that the phone box is open but the phone is new. The phone was not new it was a phone that someone had returned. I told him to cancel the order. He then tries to sell me the phone with more storage. I had him cancel and called Verizon. Disappointed and very frustrated this was a gift for my daughters bday. Now I have to wait till next week to get the phone delivered to my home.

The rep at the store is amazing! She takes her time with explaining everything and making sure she answers all your questions. Jocelyn really takes care of her customers. I just recommend coming with time because she is very thorough and goes from A-Z. The guy before her when we first moved to the area was a total and always "on break" and closed down the store. I 100% would rather waste an hour with Jocelyn and leaving content than 30 minutes and having to come back to fix unresolved issues that could have been avoided. If she ever leaves im following her to her next store cus idk if anyone else will be as honest and helpful as her ?

Joselyn is amazing and helped with my pre order. When I went to pick up the preorder on Saturday I was helped by a guy. I have a business account and I decided to cancel the order before finalizing the transaction. Not more than an hour after I left the store a family member contacted me wondering why they couldn’t get in touch with my elderly mother in law since I pay for and manage her phone under my plan. Turns out, d bag at the store tried to tie the pre order phone to my mother in laws phone instead of mine. When I stopped the transaction it cut off the phone line! I had to jump through a thousand hoops this weekend to get it corrected. When I called today to ask d bag he said it wasn’t his fault and I would have to come to the store for him to “see what’s going on”. My mom is in a nursing home and doesn’t know how to access the setting on her phone to get the proper information to have the phone reconnected. D bag caused a lot of frustration with my family and denies any part of the problem. I’ve been a Verizon customer for ~20 years. Never have I considered switching my business account until today. I hate to leave a one star review but in this instance, dude at the store deserves it.

Excellent customer service. I called ahead and they had the items we needed. The service person was very nice and professional. Took care of us quickly, no waiting. Would definitely return in the future. Thank you!
