Some guy named Chris from the meat department literally hates his job and it shows. The guy has terrible attitude and says no for everything without even checking the back, i went in the other day expecting him to be there and luckily it was a different employee named Jose, the attitude and work ethic between them was night and day, he actually went to the back to look for the items i requested and got them for me with a good attitude, i already asked him to give me his managers names so i could bring up his coworker Chris's behavior. Some people in this department are very welcoming and make me want to shop more however some make me want to walk away instead.

One of my best in&out visits over the last 5 years. Then you're back to a 4.8 2/23 visit store was clean, cashier 5, boxer 4.9..1/29/24: store clean, plenty of check-out lines open and a few very good Magner's special features ? ? Did see a few errors when I got home. 4.7

I would of given a 5 but, As the other store, I am seeing empty carts, unattended ones with food as well in isles! Drives me batty! Please have them removed so we can shop!

I would give 0 stars if I could. Rodger in produce was extremely rude and should be written up! Asking him a simple question is like pulling teeth!! Not to mention the whole produce department is nearly empty at only 6:30 PM!

Rude customer service, especially Debbie at self checkout, but her supervisor Liz is not much better either. Items are not positioned at the right places on the shelves, which is understandably frustrating to the management, but being rude to a customer is not a solution.

Never fails I always experience some level of disappointment with the store whether it's because they make me use a digital coupon for the advertised price on the shelf or in the price of the products that I'm buying which are grossly overpriced. This grocery store is one of the worst Vons I have been to in a long time now the management people that work here, they're all decent and nice but the grocery store itself the pricing and everything around it is terrible

Has become one of the most expensive grocery stores in Santa Clarita. We stopped going there after 15 years and it's the closest store. A can of coffee $8 more then any other store. Yogurt a $1 more then anyone.

Great neighborhood grocery store! High points are fresh produce, deli, and wide selection of products and brands throughout the store. Store management does a great job of adjusting selection of goods and restocking to keep up with changing demands of the shoppers. Store is always clean and well maintained, as are the shopping carts, which is not always the case in other stores. Very glad to have this store nearby and open late, and on holidays.

Aisles flow for the most part and make sense in order of presentation. I went late evening and it was quick to get through, find what I need and still find fresh items. Great customer service by the courtesy clerk!

I stop in here when I need something that my other grocery store doesn't have in stock. I also like their produce department as everything is always fresh. I do recommend getting their app as they have digital coupons that'll save you a few cents to a couple dollars on some items. Cause let's be honest vons is a little boujee as everything seems to be over priced here, unless it's on sale! I will say though every employee I have encountered has always been helpful and friendly to me. They also have a good selection of floral bouquets, as I grab them often for all different occasions.

Specifically the deli department needs help. I go in there almost every single day and every experience is gradually worse . Today I just can't .....employee had such a hard time making my sandwich . Putting things I didn't ask for and when I did being super excessive and scraping thing a off and just simmering it .. Also as far as cleanliness goes the employee helping me had no name tag , his hat was dirty , and his shirt and hat full of dust and dandruff . I just couldn't eat it

Nothing scans up right, self checkout wasn't showing most of the deals in the app and instead of helping you there you end up having to go to a register where they don't ring up and hit enter so you still don't see the prices and I was again over charged. Not coming back anymore I'd rather drive farther than be treated like that.

Do not purchase the chocolate cheesecake in the baking dept. My friend called and ask me to help him,I ask what was wrong he said he bought a cheesecake from vons and he cant get out of the bathroom. He was so sick. Obviously something is wrong . Buyer beware!!
