Lesly and Randall represented Walgreens at 5 Star speed. Sometimes kindness is needed and they did that too! Give these two Christmas bonuses! I have to have Jennifer to this she did the icing on the cake with niceness unrelated to our business of necessity... My wife and I needed the kindness along with the business and these three... Should be respected with raise increase and promotion. Thank you for those in power that can make this happen

Poor customer service nothing rings up at correct price they don't check prices for you, make you go take a photo and even then refuses to fix it in violation of bureau weights and measures. Manager came to void and sent even ask what was going on so. Left and he can put all my purchases back lol normally not an AH customer but when you don't value my business I don't value you.

I am very disappointed with the photo center at (Walgreens)]. I have ordered Mug to my friend for the Retirement occasion online, I have to wait 2 days and I know they picked the order by USPS tracking but they will not inform me and I was waiting for their email as their policy require.My Time was running out, so when I went to Walgreens, I took my order info and my tracking # the front desk employee didn’t know where to look till I showed him the picture of the Mug, he went inside and brought a box with no name and opened it to show me( is this your mug ?)…..This is very inconvenient for me; Walgreen Photo center needs to implement a better system for notifying customers when their orders are ready.I hope that the photo center will take my feedback into consideration and improve their service. In the meantime, I would not recommend using their online ordering system."

I will never step foot in this store again. The pretend store manager was such a punk he sent a young girl out to deliver my curbside order because he's a little Bitch. I ordered curbside pick up to avoid spreading Covid and all he did was upset me with his behaviors. I should have gone in after he cursed under his breath but I heard him. All because they are unorganized. Rude, un professional and very disrespectful. Thank God CVS is across the street. I'll be shopping Thee from now on.

Hello! My brother Geoff has visited this location many times, as have I. He wanted me to give a review to the helpful person named Dominic. Yesterday my brother was in the store to use the blood pressure monitor and he requested some help monitoring the machine. Dominic came right over to help him. Was very helpful to make sure that he was using it correctly and was aware of the different types of monitors they had available. Geoff recommends Walgreens and the customer service provided!

Rochelle has horrible customer service skills! She wasn't welcoming off the back she continued to give me her attitude and roll her eyes at me! Tried to make me feel stupid for not knowing where to pick up my order when online states the photo counter which apparently isn't the right location. If you want to make someone feel dumb Rochelle I suggest your the idiot as online states otherwise so update your website!

Usually the pharmacy staff here are super kind and accommodating. Today, the girl told me the item I wanted was low in supply so she couldn't sell it to me. That doesn't make sense.

Will not be going back. Already transferred my prescriptions. They make me feel like I am inconveniencing them to check me out. What the #$%%. They cannot be bothered now to stand behind a counter. I'm sorry not sorry not going back. I've spent a lot of money here. No more.

I ordered pictures here so I get to the photo counter there and the lady is literally standing at the fucking counter writing in her little book but she sees me (unless I'm literally Invisible) I'm standing there for like 10 minutes and she just keeps writing and looking up at her computer. Doesn't say ONE WORD not like "oh give Me one minute or "let me get someone else to help you". NOTHING. So I go to the front of the store and ask the people to send someone to help me and they say they'll call someone. So I go BACK to the photo center for a second time and the lady is still standing there. Doesn't make a fucking peep. And then there's another call on the intercom that says "can a manager go help someone at the freezer" and she fucking goes over to the cooler to help someone else. So I press the stupid button and someone else walks over and is like oh you need help picking up pictures? No I've just been standing here for 20 minutes because this photo center is a shit show. If that was actually a manager you need to rethink who you freaking hire. That was the rudest thing and worst experience. She was Caucasian with her stupid brown hair pulled back wearing something floral with a vest. Idiot.

This place seems on the small side compared to the local other similar type stores, but this review is based on the photo department. I like to hang my photos (sometimes after I use photoshop means to enhance), but I take pretty good pictures and they turn out nice when converted to canvas prints or posters. That being said I had two done through Walgreens where I found a 50% discount online for a 24x36 poster. I uploaded the photos and within hours was told they were done. When I went into pick them up I really didn't expect them to turn out as well as they did, but I was supprised for the cost they turned out great. I am definitely going to use this service again for the cost, quality and speed.

Lightly staffed but few customers when I went. Needed to pick up a single print, had to go to front register, she paged someone to help me. Went quickly. Do not believe your navigation device, it will tell you to make left turn onto Lyons but there is no entry there.
