Managers, I think her name was Annette.... are rude there...she raised her voice too me yell at me...because I wasn't fast of unloading my cart...seriously....I'm handicap...I won't shop there again....

I'm not sure why this store only has 2.5 stars??? It is so clean and super well stocked. Most impressive was the friendly and helpful staff which is hard to find. I also heard a manager thanking one of their team members for the work they did. Truly a pleasure to see employees being appreciated!

Seriously Walmart? TWENTY THREE reserved spaces for grocery pick up? Do you really need this many parking spaces reserved for grocery pick up? Every time I'm ever here only 4-5 of the reserved spaces are occupied. MAYBE consider the accessibility and convenience for ALL of your shoppers? It makes way more sense to me if you move the location of your grocery pick up spaces to the FAR end of the parking lot. That way, your employees would walk the distance, NOT your customers!

Seriously the guy with the long hair at the front of the store needs to stop thinking he has more power than anyone else because he highlights the receipts. I tried to rush out another door one time because I was late and the person in front of me was going super slow and had a lot of stuff someone else was checking. He ran over like I was making a getaway and blocked my cart until I gave him my receipts. I don't have to give you my receipt. I do it to not have conflict or to be nice because you're nice to me. This guy is ridiculous. I'm in there multiple times a week. Sometimes multiple times a day. I cringe when I see him. I really wish there was another exit at this location so when I see him I can go the other way.

Not a frequent customer, and the experience at this location didn't help. This particular Walmart should train the pharmacy cashiers to be attentive to customers. It is not okay to make someone with a quick question wait while the employee catches up on computer work for several minutes. Maybe the team could learn a courteous way to triage whether the customer's question can be easily answered. In this case, only wanted to know which aisle a product was on.

The wetzel pretzel place needs to be shut down.i watched the guy behind the counter wearing rubber gloves throw by hand,butter or oil all over the pretzels take money put it in the cash drawer go right back to work .purchase his nasty rubber glove in oven mits ,then right back to work

The pharmacists here are so out of touch. Maybe read the CDC guidelines once in awhile. I called to ask about the RSV shot for pregnant women and they kept telling me it's got 60+... and kept arguing with me that it's not for pregnant people. The CDC came out in September that it's recommended for pregnant women to get the shot. Google exists too

This re iew is the experience I had returning an item today at Walmart ,-Kelly Johnson. today.The customer service lady at the returns is and always has been very rude and seems to be mad at the world every time she has helped me . This probably won't go anywhere but had to say it anyway.

I stopped into Walmart specifically to purchase a charging block for my iPhone. I received such great help from an employee by the name of Hunni... she was very professional and very knowledgeable as to the item needed. Hunni then asked for Lyriq to assist me. Lyriq happened to be a Premium Associate working inside Walmart... let me tell you how amazing she was ... extremely personable she listened as to what it was that I needed and also recommended a few additional items that I ended purchasing. She stayed focused and listened wholeheartedly.I truly appreciate all help I received. Please recognize exceptional customer service. Thank you Lyriq and Hunni

Do not do pick up it is awful. On hold for over 10 minutes. No one answers their phone. We were charged for the item and we never got it.My husband waited for 30 minutes for a pick up delivery and no one came.One hour later spent going inside and talking to customer service. He ended up finding something similar and bought that. They have no clue where our order is. This location is perhaps the worst Walmart I've experienced. After having a delivery person steal my delivery, waiting for a pick up order for over an hour, this experience took the cake. Despite our sorted past, I gave this location one more chance and they did in fact disappoint. Ordered a pick up and waited again for more than an hour. There were two guys working- so giving them a break. They finally bring my items and usually I check them, but this day I was tired. I saw the guy look at something for a second and then put it in the bag. Now I see what he was looking at... molded, unsafe, and clearly outdated protein shakes. Instead of telling me or running inside for another, or offering a refund.. he continued to bag it and place it into my trunk. I got home so frustrated and requested a refund. Was going to go address them directly, but officially had enough. Outside of this, I'll be reporting this incident to higher levels. This is unsafe and I advise to use another location or seriously check dates and quality of products.
