I believe this is for the intended Walmart pharmacy that I use (on newhall ranch). I've tried at least 10 different pharmacies through the years & this one has by far been the most pleasant & reliable. Things got crazy with stocks being low or completely out for periods of time when COVID began & this was the only pharmacy that I was able to count on. Maybe once did I have to find somewhere else that had one of my prescriptions in stock, but that's nothing consistent how often I use them (monthly for a few diff scrips). Also, I have never gotten those unpleasant/grumpy vibes/behavior from any of the pharmacists here, so that's a huge plus for me. The 2-3 maybe different pharmacists that I've encountered through the years have always been very friendly & helpful. If they carry the prescription that you're looking for, then I highly recommend this pharmacy. Least hassle possible here=rare.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. This pharmacy is terrible. No one working there cares about the patient or their job. You constantly have to follow up, make calls, wait on hold for extended periods of time, wait in long lines and listen to the constant run around. They don't have medications in stock all the time so they have to order everything when it comes in which DELAYS the treatment. There is clearly a toxic work environment at this pharmacy, all of the employees are miserable. DON'T use this pharmacy or you will be extremely frustrated and constantly disappointed!

This Wallmart Pharmacy is awful! Wait up to 40 min each time a prescription is ready for pick up. I will drive to Stevenson Ranch location even if it is further for me. No manager is available to talk to and employees there do not seem to understand what is going on. Tried calling in the morning and was put on hold for 15 min. Called back and was put on hold without a a hello - so unprofessional. Do not use this location. I know I will never go back. Horrible service.

With these stressful times everyone could use a little compassion. Your employee Jason, from the pharmacy went over and beyond his roll. Not only was he calm and very understanding of my situation, he took the time to help me figure out the best price and how to apply any coupons that were available. He was so awesome, I thought I was going to cry. It is people like Jason that we need more of in the world!! His patience and kindness made my day. He really made my visit to your store a great one. He also made me a forever return customer. Simply a fantastic Pharmacy Employee...YAY for Jason!!! Thank you Jason

Went in today (2/7/2020) to get some items and a person working at the store was really good to me. His name is Chris and he was stocking the canned beans aisle. He smiled and asked me if I needed some help. He was busy doing his work and I would have been fine if he hadn't noticed me too, but he went out of his way to smile and offered to help. By doing that, he not only offered great customer service, but helped put a smile on my face too. Thank you, Chris! People like you make places great! Keep doing the great work!

They never seem to have checkstands open so you need to go through self check out - OK I can deal with it, but then today I was accused of not scanning something, so embarrassed I recharge myself. Finished the transaction only to find out that I DID charge myself properly, so now I'm over charged. When I show the attendant she apologies and instructs me to stand in the refund line.... Extra 6 minutes of my life wasted at Walmart waiting for my money back. Wish they'd just have more checkstands open in the first place!

Let me start off with I've always had such great service here. The employees and me have always gotten along I love the staff their always nice and courteous. However. Today the cashier forgot to scan one of my items. Not the end of the world I can pay at the self service stand. However it was EXTRA annoying that the old man doing receipt checks literally checked. EVERYTHING and I only had about 11 items. Is it because I have an arm and hand full of tattoos. Who knows. When I came directly after work at 6AM when it's not busy and already had a long day it's the last thing I needed. I legit just wanted to go home and it's not like I swerved him I stopped and was polite. I told him I'll pay at the self service stand. The manager comes over and SNATCHES the tide pods out of my hands saying I didn't pay for it the old man is STILL going through my receipt I snatched it back and said like I literally just told the man I'll go pay for them right now at the self service stand. She SNATCHED them YET AGAIN and said no need for the attitude. I snatched them back AGAIN and told her the fact I'm dealing with so much EXTRA when I legit just said I'll pay for them I don't understand her deal. Another worker and the security comes over. Now I have a total of 4 people on me. The manager snatched the receipt from the old man and says what DIDNT you pay for with a snarky attitude. I explained yet again. This is ridiculous I went to a cashier it's Walmart's fault. I didn't go through the self service and try to go around them and went through the line the old man said it was just the tide pods. She says she has to go through EVERYTHING. I'm annoyed at this point to the fullest so a worker comes over and said it's not that much she names everything on the receipt so the manager can see it's just the tide pods and she still responds and says well you need to pay for them. I tell her yea like I literally said about 5 times I'm going to self checkout. This entire problem was their own fault I went through the cashier not self checkout she still had a attitude so I snatched paid for them and left. I'll never return to this Walmart. No thanks. Never again standing there for about 15 minutes trying to prove myself instead of being treated like a criminal. Plus no one in their right mind snatches something from a customers hands or touches a CUSTOMER. Ridiculous.

My daughter and I go to this Walmart location just about every other night for one thing or another. We went to the location in Stevenson Ranch and found their selection of merchandise is not only different but there is more merchandise PERIOD! In addition, when you walk in the front doors IT LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE CHRISTMAS! Every walkway is decorated, the entire store from floor to ceiling is decorated. They don't have pallets all over the place for customers to dodge. Christmas music is playing and the selection of gift sets is probably triple the number compared to this store. This store never has my bra size, they rarely ever have dresses or skirts, I feel like I'm shopping in the men's section when I'm in women's. Is it the management that needs to get it together in this store? Is the manager THE GRINCH? I like the employees, they are nice and friendly, but I'd rather drive 10 more minutes to go to a store that has a better selection of merchandise and is decorated for the holidays.

This store is one of the nicer Walmarts in the surrounding area. The employees are helpful and the shelves are neatly maintained. The customer base is also friendlier than others that I have visited.

Don't trust Walmart's pharmacy posted hours...I was there today about 1:15. I waited in the line for a few minutes while the male pharmacist helped a gentleman, and when he was done with that man he looked up and said I'm closing for an hour for a lunch break . There is no notice that says the pharmacy will be closed between 1:15 and 2:15 on a Saturday. Very rude...I will not use this pharmacy again.

Workers are more concerned about their break than their customers who need prescriptions. Rude too.

I would think twice before purchasing any make-up or beauty products at this store. I came into the store the middle of the day to purchase a couple make-up items. First, all the make-up is in an enclosed glass and locked. You have to hunt down an employee just to get them to open the case. Second, they stand over you like a hawk while you are picking out what you need. Third, they give you a plastic container to put the make up in and seal it so you can take it to the register. I am surprised they don't have an armed guard escorting you while you walk to the register. Anyway, I had a few things to purchase so I went to the "self scan" section of the store. I took out the plastic case that carried my make-up and asked the attendant to open the case for me. After doing so, she proceeded to scan the make-up for me and not allowing me to do it myself! Now, I completely get the security factor and safety precautions because some ignorant person or persons have stolen beauty products from the store in the past, but this experience was a little too extreme for me. I would rather shop at Target, Walgreens, or even CVS and pay the extra costs for make-up just so I don't have to go thru these security measures. What will they do next? Frisk me before I purchase make-up???
