I was told that a 1-hour photo could take 7 days to process. Here is why:I ordered passport photos through the website. I even received a a confirmation stating that my photos were ready for pickup an hour after making the order an hour prior. When I arrived at the store, no one was in the electronics sections event after waiting for a bit. This wouldn't have bothered me if I didn't have two associates come and basically tell me to come back tomorrow. Not only did they delay me by telling me to come back in 30 min but they told me to give them a call back later tonight. I called them multiple times last night and this morning and no one in any department answered the phone. When I called customer service they told me that the order was delayed and they should be able to have my photos by the next day. I spoke to two representative and they both informed me that it would take 7 business days for a 1-hour photo order. Every interaction I had with a representative was unprofessional with one even saying I should, "order it again." My advice, just buy the groceries at the store but I wouldn't count on Walmart for any other services.

Walmart Management has still failed to contact me. Ethics has not taken the responsibility to make light of this dark situation. Walmart needs to train their Management and value their customers. The pharmacy department is by far the best department in Walmart and if the managers and auto department were more like them my review would be a favorable one but Walmart has been tainted with racism in the auto department and it's mainly the manager who was on duty that day. I may start shopping at Target and I have been giving Walmart the benefit of the doubt to right this wrong. But it seems a waste of time. I will now write corporate to elevate the situation. I'll see what happens and if not satisfied take it to another level maybe legal

Just left the store with my friend and cashier "Mark" was very rude and disrespectful for absolutely no reason!!! When we approached he was trying to get us to go to a different cashier since he didn't want to check us out and another random lady who was a customer was also trying to get up to go elsewhere which was weird. As he was checking us out he was rolling his eyes and making sounds and when I asked how his day was he said "I'm living the dream" sarcastically so I said "Why say it like that?" And his response was "Cause i love being sarcastic whenever i want to be" so then I proceeded with loading my cart and I said him and he got angry and said "It's them!!!" Mind you he never told us that's what he went by so it's not our fault. Each time I tried being nice he would respond with "continuing" "continuing" which is very rude and in general his attitude needs to he fixed!!! I told a different associate to let the manager or someone else who's in charge what Mark said to us and they said they would. Gloria never corrected her associates and brushes their behavior away which explains why they're disrespectful to the customers. Last time I also reported the male with the blue hair cashier since he gave himself 5 stars on the card machine before I even paid for my stuff and I asked "what are you doing?" And he said "don't worry about it" and I said "Yes I will worry about it now answer my question please!!!" And he said "I was giving myself 5 stars" and I said "I would have done it myself if I knew what that was for, then again you haven't started with my transaction so again I'd appreciate if you didn't grade yourself since I'm the customer, not you then he said "Gloria has done that to other customers and if you have an issue talk to her though she doesn't care what we do as long as we clear the long lines"

This Walmart is a Fing Joke. Drive all the way here for money services. To be told their whole financial system is down can't use Western Union can't use Walmart to Walmart can't load cards can't do nothing there's always something wrong at this Walmart.

This is my Walmart now and I have to say this Store is organized and staff is always busy putting out new stock and making sure is clean Anne was busy but I asked her for help and she didn't hesitate She smiled and said how can I help ? She directed me to the location and I left satisfied and happy !! Self checkout it's a breeze to shop here !! Thank you

Why is it so hard to get anyone to do a decent job these days? I tried to use Walmart online delivery from this store. Signed up for a membership, etc.Turns out they can't even manage to deliver basic food items properly. Out of the three times I've used them, twice they delivered my order somewhere else.... today $70 of food went missing. Unlike doordash, you can no longer contact the driver, so then you have to deal with their useless, slow customer service to get help, you get bounced around from person to person and in the end the best they can do is get you a refund (in 10 days.) Apparently their drivers don't even respond to them... I had to fight to even get the refund taken care of.Utterly useless and frustrating. Don't even bother with their delivery service, it's faster and less stressful to go buy it yourself...Rubbish.

I frequent this Walmart often I don't have an issue with the store when I go in but the delivery service has failed me a couple times once my groceries where delivered to the wrong address (air quotes) I found the apartment they supposedly delivered them too but they where not there and the people who lived there where asleep. Anyway this time I ordered a ten pound bag of potatoes and brought them inside I immediately noticed that some of them where wet I also noticed a foul smell. I am not sure how the person who got my order together didn't see this obviously they didn't care they probably hate their job and the fact they have to work for living. I wish that this Walmart could get it together. I have added a picture to show how disgusting this potato was.

Just left this establishment and was greeted and helped by Nataly , truly a class by its self, when you hear about customer satisfaction you think of decent work around but this superstar has it down, they are by far the best in the business! This establishment is clean, everyone speaks English and knows it's products and service that raise rut bar of perfection, Walmart who knew? Bravo!!! To a store that has it together!!!!! Shop here you won't be disappointed. And you will be amazed in how they treat every consumer!!!!

Listen, I like this Walmart, it's always clean, has what you need. Compared to the one I previously made a review on this one is HEAVEN. The person who helped me in the back find a Mac book charger(older man) he was wise, intelligent and nice to talk to, he had no attitude and did his job well. I left smiling, this Walmart felt comfortable to be in.

The absolute worst experience from the tire center. There should be negative stars as an option. Whatever you do not get your tires installed at Walmart in Santa Clarita. They scratched up my painted rims and then lied about it. Dealing with the Walmart insurance a claim "professional "was an absolut a joke. They said they viewed camera footage and the pictures taken of my wheel and determined that they were not damaged. The only thing is when they originally called me they told me the camera footage didn't show the installer because the sun was blocking out the camera. Additionally as you can see from the pictures below these were taken right after the insulation and you can see they are fresh scratches. They also said they use vinyl coated equipment, which is not true or their equipment was damaged. I'm 100% sure they did this. They believe their installer, who was obviously irritated when I dropped off car because I had an appointment earlier in the day that I couldn't make and it was mid afternoon. Stay far far away from this place.

Actually awful. My expectations are low to begin with, this isnt exactly a luxury store, however employees that actually work and have solutions to SIMPLE PROBLEMS WOULD BE NICE. I ordered groceries via the app. Went to pick them up, called. No answer. Went inside and attempted to speak with several employees who all denied having any association with the delivery area Gloria the front manager Finally found Marty the shift lead and she basically laughed in my face at 1005 saying the delivery closed at 10. I informed her that I was waiting before 10 and it was even on my call log. She just shook her head and said "sorry. They're all gone. They clock out at 10" but I called before 10. Marty the least helpful manager again replied "Sorry. There's nothing I can do" So I've wasted not only my travel time and gas but my evening for Walmart to be the least helpful store in Southern California

I will never shop their again. I've been followed around the store multiple times. This last time I decided to do self check-out and the person hovered over me the hole time then pushes me aside and said I had something age restricted. I had IBC glass drinks and school supplies which were not. I told my wife I like Walmart over Target because it's cheaper, but after this last time I rather buy where we are respected. We mostly shop Costco but for the little things Ralph's or Target in for us.

I will never buy Domino's pizza again! I ordered a three-topping vegetable pizza since I am a vegetarian. I found a piece of cooked meat on it. If the store has incompetent employees, there must be other code violations in this Domino's pizza joint. People that eat at this Domino's must be used to disgusting eating mannerisms! Shame on WalMart for treating people like garbage by bringing in garbage dumps like Dominos Pizza in their store!!!!!!

purchased two patio umbrellas online. Went to drive up (their phone number goes to answering machine that tells you it's full and you can't leave message). Got home after getting out of my car and finding someone to get my order....both umbrellas missing bottom poles. This is the worst. No manager onsite, no contact info for any manager, no one answers the phones. I'm going to stick to Target from now on. They do a good job, Walmart does not. update: tried to talk to cust. svc chat. They gave me option to have someone call me in 1 minute...took it. 45 minutes i got a call from someone in HONDURAS! He didn't know anything. Just said my only option was to return it tomorrow. NOT HELPFUL. He didn't have any info and wasn't even in the US. ANOTHER REASON TO BOYCOTT WALMART.....THEY OUTSOURCE AMERICAN JOBS TO HONDURAS!
