I tried to call this store 17 times and the phone rang and never got picked up. During normal business hours and apparently no one works there. After getting a run around from customer service all day I needed to call to make sure my photo order was ready before driving 45 minutes.

Drop one tire 7:00 am to be changed came back 11:25 am they didn't do anything only thing oh we are sorry appointment came in ! This place are crab don't recommend at all

Rvers Beware Omar& the other manager.. parked across the street from Walmart on Carl Boyer parkway,went to lunch came back in 25min,& my rv was hooked up to a tow truck. No notice on my window, no sign or red curb were I parked. I have told them I stop by for a few hours every few days. And I don't overnight park here. But in the Walmart parking lot there are signs saying no overnight parking ,But if your one of the 30 people who sleep in your car overnight, your ok,managers not towing them or mess with them. Avoid going there..Even one of the employees there spouse stays in parking lot all day until they get off work..

This store has everything I need people expect to much from Walmart and so they get pissed off cause they waited to long or some other BS excuse but corporations like these they treat their employees like poop and under staff so save a few bucks ( literally) But i am always respectful to the staff even they are not it's tough o work there. So they always got what I need don't expect to much don't expect to less

Last Monday I had to get medicine and a few pairs of clothing and this Hispanic guy over at checkout who turned his name tag around after he started harassing me since I kept changing my mind on which pairs of socks and underwear I wanted plus the register now labels you as theft when you move the items from the scanner even after you scan them. He legit was standing behind me close to me and watched me pay instead of other people and when I asked him to back up off me and stuff and he replied with "It's my job to watch you" so then I cussed him out and told a manager who spoke to him. My suggestion to everyone at self check out is to video tape altercations and record for your safety.

Finally spoke to manager and all he did was apologize for the discrimination at the auto department for the oil change. He never tried to find a solution to resolve the problem and said no matter what he say I wouldn't be satisfied with it.I asked him how would he know if he didn't even try to resolve the issue? I don't know how Walmart would promote this inexperienced person to be a manager. I told him that he condone discrimination because he has not spoken to the manager in the auto department or tried to resolve it.

This morning I had such an amazing experience all because of a kind and super helpful associate. I believe his name was Tony Palanco (I hope that's right). This young man went OVER and beyond to assist me. I had been so stressed out looking everywhere for the perfect bike for my daughter.He assisted me from start to finish and even help me put it in my car. I have never in my life received such WONDERFUL customer service. I'm so thankful for his help. The stress is gone,I got the bike of my daughter's dreams!!! What a magical Christmas this will be. Thank you Tony! You truly are the best.

Last night my sister had a minor medical issue while we were shopping and the paramedics had to be called. We didn’t get a chance to thank the 3 employees who came to our aid and brought bottles of water, ice, a chair for my sister, and got the paramedics there immediately. There were also several kind bystanders who offered help as well. I really wish we got the names of the employees! Thank you guys so so much for your help! God Bless you and Happy Holidays!!

Horrible Walmart! Won’t come back! The female manager that works at night is rude! She dismisses customer complaints. She doesn’t say sorry and she gets so defensive and rude. She’s a joke for a manager and a joke to Walmart because she makes the store look bad. She’s also very arrogant and this is why the store doesn’t have good reviews nor does it have a lot of customers. I don’t recomend this store. Go to other stores that have managers and workers who do represent Walmart like it should be!

This place is a joke. They do not uphold corporate policy and it’s impossible to talk to a manager. Omar “the coach” is a joke. He is Very rude and dismissive. Doesn’t know the difference between a gift card and a coupon and should brush up on policies before hiding in customer service. Mia “store lead” was disrespectful and needs to not work in customer service. Even the customer support for corporate associate on the phone with me asked to speak with her and she was nasty to him too then hung up on the line she said she would call for associate help with info on gift cards. I’m pretty sure eye rolling and blowing off comments with a thousand YES’s while huffing means you need a different job. I have called corporate and will follow up.
