For the most part I always find the staff here friendly, willing to assist customers. Today unfortunately had an unpleasant experience with one of their employees His tag showed his name was David , supervisor. Me: Can you please tell me where I can find swimming caps? David: We don't have it. ( without even using his look up device) Me: it cannot be I was here last week & you had plenty in stock David: If you know that then why are you asking ??? whaaat! That's all I had to hear!! Spoke with the Manager to keep David's attitude in check. Itis only after 8am Friday ‼ David should have stayed out , called out sick if he did not feel like being at work today Just saying ‼

Managers, I think her name was Annette.... are rude there...she raised her voice too me yell at me...because I wasn't fast of unloading my cart...seriously....I'm handicap...I won't shop there again....

I'm not sure why this store only has 2.5 stars??? It is so clean and super well stocked. Most impressive was the friendly and helpful staff which is hard to find. I also heard a manager thanking one of their team members for the work they did. Truly a pleasure to see employees being appreciated!

Seriously Walmart? TWENTY THREE reserved spaces for grocery pick up? Do you really need this many parking spaces reserved for grocery pick up? Every time I'm ever here only 4-5 of the reserved spaces are occupied. MAYBE consider the accessibility and convenience for ALL of your shoppers? It makes way more sense to me if you move the location of your grocery pick up spaces to the FAR end of the parking lot. That way, your employees would walk the distance, NOT your customers!

Nobody ever answers the phone at this Walmart. I've been calling for over a hour to see if my photos are ready. I even tried different departments. Then after so many rings the system just cuts you off to dead silence.

Big decently stocked store but omg what happened to pricing its so expensive at Wal Marts of all discounted stores. Sadly i decided to not purchase and choose to go elsewhere

Seriously the guy with the long hair at the front of the store needs to stop thinking he has more power than anyone else because he highlights the receipts. I tried to rush out another door one time because I was late and the person in front of me was going super slow and had a lot of stuff someone else was checking. He ran over like I was making a getaway and blocked my cart until I gave him my receipts. I don't have to give you my receipt. I do it to not have conflict or to be nice because you're nice to me. This guy is ridiculous. I'm in there multiple times a week. Sometimes multiple times a day. I cringe when I see him. I really wish there was another exit at this location so when I see him I can go the other way.

There is no question why Walmart is the number one retailer in the USA!Such variety and competitive pricing. We are so lucky to be in the United States with this abundance and freedom of choice.

My first time at this location. Even though it was Saturday I found parking immediately and easily made my way through the clean aisles. I would have given five stars had travel gear been more plentiful.

I do not like this Walmart on valley Central way, they want to look up everything but nobody is on stand by and the buttons do not work to assist customers it's a lie and a joke. The scanner gun never works and always beeps like it's not being charged I don't care what time of the day it is. It's ridiculous and a joke. Employees there act like they don't want to be there maybe because Dawn isn't running the store correctly.

Not a frequent customer, and the experience at this location didn't help. This particular Walmart should train the pharmacy cashiers to be attentive to customers. It is not okay to make someone with a quick question wait while the employee catches up on computer work for several minutes. Maybe the team could learn a courteous way to triage whether the customer's question can be easily answered. In this case, only wanted to know which aisle a product was on.
