The worst bank ever. Tried 4 days in a row to open an account. Never anyone to talk to. The tellers all seem like it's their first day and have no idea what's going on. Who runs this place? How can I attempt four times to open a bank account at 3 different Wells Fargo locations and still not have one? Awful service, to the point of laughable.

This is the 3rd time I when to this banck the lady on charge Anita I think discriminate so hard certain people for the look this is the only bank from Wells Fargo never want to give me services to my boss checks ,they really mean ,discriminate because of how people look special Latin people really a night mare this bank.

Walked in to open a credit card. Was told no one was available rest of day to help me, they were all booked and to open it online. Okay, great. Who would of thought banks who beg people to open a credit card with them would turn people away. You lost a customer. Headed to bank of America.

Waited in line behind 25 people with only 3 tellers working on a Saturday morning. Manager says it’s always like this, and yet doesn’t have enough staff to handle the amount of people. Bad management, bad customer service, bad experience. Teller in front of line started chit chatting with the person in front of us once we finally got to the front rather than doing their job efficiently to then help the large line of people waiting.

I personally don't like WF a lot in general. They are slow and still don't increase my credit limit even though I ask them all the time showing my steady income. But this particular branch is good. I opened my business account here and the process was smooth and relatively fast. The personnel cares about clients and always smile!!!It's kinda important for me since it's a lot of sadness and bad things around. At least we are aware of that. So come here and you will feel people think about you.

I come to this branch almost every day. And this branch has employees who are deliberately harassing customers. When the employee is at the counter, they watches the line of customers and deliberately slows them down to handle the order. Even more disappointing is that this person doesn't often work at the front counter and seems to be a slightly higher class employee in the back area. The person has deliberately been rude to me several times in the past, and has deliberately given unnecessary responses. Unfortunately, this person doesn't seem to know that we, the business customers, know much more about computing power and social common sense than you. They need a meeting as a branch. You need to study where your salary originally comes from. If there is no improvement, we will take action against this deliberate action. I won't reveal there name at this time, but I'm sure many of customers already know them. All other employees are sincere and great at their jobs.

I visit this location very frequently and the tellers are always very friendly and efficient. Rodrigo in particular is always very helpful. I appreciate the great customer service!

This Wells Fargo is the most unhelpful Wells Fargo I've ever been to. I just recently got my wallet stolen so I don't have my physical ID card anymore, I brought in my SSN and driving permit in as the other Wells Fargo I went to a couple weeks ago took it just fine considering it has the necessary ID number on it and is valid since i just got it a month ago. The banker went and asked his manager and quickly came back and told me he couldn't take it. Some people have certain circumstances that they cannot control and they obviously don't care. Sucks because this is the bank in the same parking lot as my work and is convenient but whatever.

Decided to open a business account with them and give them a chance, even though I am aware of their shady business practices. Called and made an appointment for the next day. Next morning I receive phone call from their business specialist to confirm my appointment, which I did.Ten minutes after she calls me again and tells me we have to cancel because apparently I don’t have all the needed paperwork, on which I responded by telling her that she is wrong based on her website on which she admitted and and we kept the appointment as scheduled.I get there on time and I am being greeted by a banker who tells me that he will take over, but because he has no experience in opening business accounts it will take 2.5-3 hours.Then it hit me that the reason that she called me was not because I didn’t have the needed paperwork, which I did, but because she probably had more important client to attend to. I left immediately with the intent not to step foot in this bank again and to make sure to spread the word about them as much as possible.To the manager: please do not respond to my review with your automated message “We ll try to make things better….” because I know you don’t mean that. If you meant that, you would have tried ti make things right the first time.

I'm from Phoenix visiting Six Flags. Wallet fell out during imverted loop on Twisted Colossus roller coaster. Six Flags cannot find my wallet and I have no money and no credit cards. Go to this Wells Fargo which is closest to my hotel Hyatt Regency. Bonnie shows me how to find my Wells Fargo debit card on Apple Pay and I cash out $250.00 to get me through until my flight home to Phoenix. I've been with Wells Fargo for 20 years and will not change banks for anything as Wells Fargo has the BEST customer service in the banking industry. During the Wells Fargo scandal a few years ago, no one at Wells Fargo tried to sell me anything and no accounts were opened without my consent.

This branch is ridiculous! You have at least 8 bankers or tellers in there with a long line ending outside the store. However, they only open 2 counters to assist customers and i saw at least 2-3 tellers sitting inside looking and not helping. Took me half an hour to just deposit a check. I saw and heard that ALL the customers in the line with frustrated and tired of waiting for someone to take action to make the service more efficient. Unbelievable! Management, Please figure out how you can manage your operations better and be flexible on it.
