I promised myself not to come back here after I went to deposit some checks a few years ago and the manager told me I couldn’t because I wasn’t a “client from that branch”. Yes, it was true, I usually go to the one on Magic Mountain but regardless Wells Fargo is Wells Fargo and I should be treated like a client at every branch. Today I was short on time so I needed to come back here and it didn't disappoint. I was told because my Personal account is a Trust Account I cannot deposit personal checks in it….WHAT??? Never heard that before and I had the Trust account for the last 10 years. The manager said I couldn’t deposit my check but she wanted to make a copy of it, why?The treatment was unprofessional and rude! I rather change banks altogether than dealing with this again!!

Terrible customer service! Teller Sarai tried to shorten me on my change. I pointed to recount on machine, and it was short few bills. Why Bank even hires such incompetent employees, who can't even do math?Definitely would not go to this brunch. Be aware of it.

I drove over on saturday to find unexpectedly that they changed their hours of service so their front door was locked and now it only shows open mon- fri… contrary to the info that they have entered for google maps (that I checked before driving over).So I drove over to another location that was obviously overloaded (see pic from inside that bank of the line)Thanks to your corporate greed all those greeted at that locked front door who were also duped today (as well as those in the other branch) am sure will appreciate the one star I am giving you for your exceptional customer service that you have so proficiently earned today

Went brunch last week, employee at customer service, Chris refused to help me with my transaction. I'm a senior loyal customer and first time in WF having service like that. He was rude, short and arrogant, an absolutely unprofessional. Would never go this brunch again!

This is a bank that wants to do big loans. They don't care about the little guy. They don't know how to do small transactions. The outside ATM machines are out of service but they don't put up signs. They watch you get out of your car and walk up to the ATM and figure out that you can't get cash. When you go inside, they say the system is down. A horrible place and they know it.

I’m not sure who decided to schedule 3 tellers, 2 days before Christmas. No one wants to wait in line for a half an hour, and watch multiple employees doing absolutely nothing!! Very frustrated. Poor management.

Not a fan of most banks or even most Wells Fargo banks but this one the staff always seem friendly and lines aren't too bad. Went to open up a business account there as I bank there for my personal account. At first I was annoyed that they go by appointments for business accounts but ended up having Dilmoan help me out as they weren't too busy. She was very friendly and professional, gave me some good tips and wrapped me up pretty fast. It's hard finding good people these days and it's good to recognize good service.

This branch used to be great. In fact it was really what kept me with Wells Fargo when the corporate support for our managed business accounts has always been really horrible. We could always count on the local branch to be there and make up the difference.The last few years not so much. There are almost always long lines. Managers see the lines and don't seem to have any real concern that customers are waiting. The bankers aren't interested in helping with questions that they don't already know the answer to. One day I needed to send an urgent wire transfer that couldn't be completed online, the teller said she couldn't help and suggested that I make an appointment for the following week.Your business is probably better off at another bank at this point.

Don't go to this branch they will not help you if you need help they were turn you away. As a customer for 20 years the lack of customer service in this building is appalling.

After management changed in this location and new female brunch manager came up, this brunch for the past 6 month been having extreme problems with customer service. There is always a long line and representatives working very slow, rude and insufficient Alina, the Armenian girl several months back messed up my account information, so it took a toll on our family recovery, Chris, the current tailor always being short, not at the greatest attitude and never would do an extra mile for any requests you ask. This brunch is going to the drain to customer service. All employees need to be fired and new team has to be hired. Would not recommend going to this brunch. Unless you want to waste your time and being sent home with nothing after of waiting 25 min in line to get to any window!

Horrible service, past 3 days no one answering the branch phone calls. I have been calling non stop, and banker does not have the knowledge of website banking and gave me wrong information.Maybe wells fargo should hire more employees.

It's a bank that's all there is to say. They have been pretty helpful so far.blah blah blah
