Action Glass is a gem. I called about 5 different auto glass repair places in Santa Cruz & Watsonville and am so glad that I chose these guys to repair the rear electric/tinted/defrost whole-window slider on my older 07 Tundra. Aside from being the second most competitive price, they had the special order window in the next day, installed it within their 4-hour time frame and made it super easy. Pete and Annie are genuinely caring people here.

I had my windshield repaired here today. The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and allowed me to bring my car in right after the call. The repair person was friendly, explained that rock chip repair wouldn't erase the blemish, and did the repair while I waited. I was in and out within 20-25 minutes, the repair rendered the chip much less visible, and it cost $90 total, which was much less expensive than the quote from another shop ($178). As long as the chip is smaller than a quarter, it's repairable is what the person on the phone said. Super relieved that my windshield chip is repaired and that the crack won't spread. Highly recommend this shop!

Friendly, fast service, and they beat everyone else's price by about $50 +/- The rear driver's side window was smashed by a thief. Action Glass got a window and repaired my 17 year old Mercedes within 24 hours. Plus, they worked with my insurance, no hassle, no problem. The other three other shops' quotes were $350 out of pocket, no insurance taken. Take note, sisters: this place treated me with respect. Middle-aged single female usually = "We'll charge whatever we want and treat you like you're an idiot and a major nuisance." Not this place. In fact, the owner took the time to chat a bit despite clearly being super busy with incoming calls. I never felt in the way. Knowing that I'm not getting ripped off was such a different experience. I felt lucky. Maybe that's why a huge, bright, amazing rainbow showed up right outside the shop as I waited. Oh, and I unknowingly dropped a credit card. They found it wedged in a office chair and called me right away to come get it. Friendly, top notch service with integrity. Rare these days.

My second experience here. Had an appointment for 1pm. No waiting, installed windshield in less than an hour. Looks perfect. Highly recommend.

We absorbed a rock at highway speed that sent a small, fan-shaped spray of glass over the dashboard. Yeehaw.These folks are wonderful. We arranged everything over the phone, and they did the magic with AAA insurance for me. They took me an hour early when my schedule freed up and swapped in a new windshield while my dog and I strolled the neighborhood off 7th.They also found and alerted me to a crack in my oil filter. Love love love to buy local—thanks, Folks!

So impressed by this level of work and professionalism. I called on Wednesday and was in by 8am Thursday a new window was installed and picked up my car by 11am. That’s unheard of nowadays. Definitely recommend these guys for any of your glass needs.

They had the best price on filling-in a "star" crack caused by a Rick hitting the windshield. Drove in WITHOUT a appointment and they promptly fixed it within 20 minutes. Friendly people, too.

Pretty impressive actually. I'm new to the world of driving a Ram Van Winnebago Solaris. Coming off of the Sierras had a large stone do some serious damage to the windshield. It all went much easier than I assumed - I had a new windshield the day after contacting them.

I had a small chip in my windshield and they gave me quote of $80. Awesome experience, they had it done in about 20 min. Looks great! Nice people. I highly recommend this company if you need windshield repair.
