David was fantastic, he was the only one there when we got to the store around 10.30am on Tuesday March 5th, we activated 3 phones, he was so calm and efficient, helped others as they came in, great at multitasking. He really is a credit to AT&T as he is so knowledgeable .

I've been going to the AT&t store in Santa Cruz for years I appreciate that they are always friendly, very helpful, flexible,and they don't make you wait. Also there aren't a bunch of ridiculous charges that the other companies have
