David was fantastic, he was the only one there when we got to the store around 10.30am on Tuesday March 5th, we activated 3 phones, he was so calm and efficient, helped others as they came in, great at multitasking. He really is a credit to AT&T as he is so knowledgeable .

Don't even try to phone ATT any more, wasted many hours with holding and run around and incompetence. Both Lee and Jayden at the store were able to untangle the mess I got into over the phone and were very pleasant yo deal with.

Just wanted to say I had a great experience at the AT&T store in Santa Cruz. Jayden the manager who is extremely helpful in resolving my issue. He was very friendly and knew what he was doing.
