I really enjoyed doing business with Caliber Collision. The staff was professional and kind. Customer service was 10/10 from the front desk person, to the person estimating damage to the management. My car looks great. They made getting my car repaired a seamless and easy task. I highly recommend doing business with them.

They are very helpful and quick, their hold times for calling in can exceed 6 minutes, otherwise amazing service.

Overall experience was good. But it took a lot longer (extra week) for car to be finished. Damage consisted of a dent in right front bumper.

Calibar Collision has always done fantastic body work on my familes cars.
This time my car was done four days sooner than expected.
My car is second hand and now looks like a brand new car.
Everyone that I delt with was kind,courteous, and professional.
My car runs like a dream.This is why I always come back to Calibar Collison.

I recently had a great experience with Caliber Collision after my daughter was involved in a fender bender that wasn’t her fault. I took her car there, and Mike Myers, the service advisor, was exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. The entire staff in the front office were friendly and respectful. The car was ready in a timely fashion, the whole process was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend Caliber Collision for their excellent service.

Courteous people. Polite and professional.
From front desk (Ms. Snodgrass) to Tech personnel (Mr. Mike Meyers) all were professional throughout the interaction.
The end result was good. The pricing was also very competitive.
