The Santa Cruz store is a joke!. Don't waste your time with these people. The service manager Nayeli is pathetic. She never returns calls or emails then make lame excuses. Save yourself time and stay away from these place.

Purchased and installed two expensive direct vent liners fireplaces from them. Little over one year already having issues, they never returned my calls for requests services unfortunately they were hairs by my contractor when We did the remodeling.Very unreliable untrustworthy company!
