I have been banking with comerica many years, my account was shifted to this branch when they closed their mission street branch. I have always been treated respectfully and recognized as a regular customer. They have had a few new workers recently. Though I have not had anything but kind solid efficient treatment at this banking center

I was going to this location for many years., so all my experiences were fine. Most recently and specifically on the 4/9/2021 i had an akward experience. I wasn't treated with politeness or any kindness. I wanted to speak to a representative regarding a transaction on my account and the lady who approached me came across as aggressive and rude. No patience and no customer service or whatsoever. The way she asked me about my identification was done in a rude manner. She made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcomein front of her colleague. The sad part is that I left without defending myself, or saying any word.

I've been banking with CoAmerica 50 years. Lately you can't get them on the phone, 1 1/2 hour wait. Can't deposit checks with phone app and after 3 representatives was unable to help, IT was supposed to call back, two weeks later nothing, still can't deposit checks. No one at the local office can do anything about online problems. Looking for a new bank.

These mf sobs. During COVID while making minimum payments on credit cards, and maintaining 1k inthe checking, these sobs are gonna reduce my available credit 1000.00 so available is only 200,00 I can't trust my financial institution!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Mid 600s credit, on time pmts, and still they f me!

Like everyone else I have sheltered in place. Because of this my checking balance is very low. Someone at Comerica called me and assured me that all my checks would be honored. What an OUTSTANDING thing to do. I can´t begin to tell you how much I love this bank. Like the song says: SIMPLY THE BEST !

I recently decided to close my accts @ Wells Fargo after 43+ years and now do my banking at Comerica Bank. Wells Fargo had finally driven me elsewhere. Comerica's tellers & bankers are friendly & don't rush you through, no matter how many people may be in line. In fact, I have never waited more than 5 minutes to be helped by any one teller nor have I seen more than 3 people waiting in line. I am ALWAYS treated with respect...afterall, it is my money...they never forget that! Comerica also has a guard by the ATMs & main entrance...I feel better with those guys around. Believe it or not, they also have drive-thru banking. Ah, the joy of knowing when its rainy & frozen outside, I have the option of doing my banking in my Pj's & slippers with my car heater on while the rest of you get soaked in the freezing rain. Nothing personal friends.
