Brought my gaming pc in to have the power supply replaced and the staff was all friendly and helpful, I was only charged for one hour of labor for the job and my pc is now back up and running well. 5 stars

Don't come to this place under any circumstances. So not worth it. I first called them to ask how much the price would be for the repair I needed and when I went in, they charged me double what it originally was going to cost. I went in for a simple fix on my laptop and it came back with so many issues. They charged me so much for what was a simple fix and told me it would only take 2 days to repair and since I'm a student that needs my laptop for school I figured it was worth it. After two days, they hadn't contacted me at all and when I called to check in, they were extremely rude and yelled at me over the phone simply because I asked if it was ready when they said it would be. They kept delaying the repair and every time they said it would be ready by a certain date, they would tell me that it was still not ready and they needed more time. At this point, I just wanted my laptop back and to get it over with. Once I finally got it back, my touch ID on my laptop was broken, some of my files and folders were deleted, and my laptop glitches every now and then and shuts down. If I could leave a zero star review I would. This place is a scam and they're just plain rude.

I had occasion to bring in my Mac Air for two different issues, once each, recently. In both instances, my computer was returned within 48 hours, problems eliminated. What's more, I was charged minimally. I'm fundamentally far less anxious about tech snafus than I was before meeting these folks.

I did see you got Yelp to remove my reviews. I am contesting it. Was the problem that I looked up all the people, where you claimed; I do not know who you are, you are not in my data base. Then I looked all of them up and look who you called bogus and scammers. Two UCSC professors, one music teacher, one artist, with their credentials proving you called these people con jobs when it shoe fits you. But then you did it to me. I also was not in the data base even though we had been going at it for two months. I will contest you removing this. If they continue to keep my reviews off, I will find another place to put all of them up. They will remove this impotent comment not compared to my dope slap you earned for what you have done to me and my community. You sold me something that did not work, wasted my time and was rude and then cannot handle the fire I sent back to you. I saw all the women talking about how rude, crude and aggressive you were. You did not like my version of aggression?

No issues there. Took my Pixel to get a screen fixed and it works just like before. They were honest about pricing, responsive with calls and emails and delivered on time.

I can not recommend this store. The manager/owner/ person in charge has a mannerism of doing business that is questionable at the very least. I don't believe this person is honest in how he does business. I will never recommend this computer/ cell phone repair location.

I had a good experience here...they we up front about the issues and gave me multiple options for repair. My computer works even better then it did when it was new due to upgrades and was way cheaper then buying a new one. They called me promptly when it was finished which was well within the estimated time for repair. Good, solid and straight forward service.

Went in to check why my pc acting up after new GPU. Paid $100 to get check up. I already guess what the issue was and got confirmation from them but would have been an easy fix by setting PCIE setting to gen 3 b/c riser cable can't support gen 4. The shop is more concerned of having come back for them to rebuild my pc there with them than thoroughly check and finding solution for me.

Took my laptop in to get fixed and when I got it back part of the screen was chipped. He said it was like that when he got it but it's very hard not to notice. Mistakes happen, but the fact that he tried to gaslight me into thinking I did it, then charge me to try to fix it is messed up. Please, please don't go here.

I don't remember the name of the guy I spoke to unfortunately, but he helped me figure out my phone when I was super stressed out! I didn't think it needed a hardware change, turns out I was right, just needed some finagling to get it working again. He was extremely helpful and great. Recommend!
