“Thank goodness for Staff of Life! SoL has the best prices in town on many of my favorite products, including Santa Cruz Mexican Organic coffee, organic coconut milk, tofu, and craft brews. Where else can you find so many nice bakery goods and carry them away in little paper bags instead of oversized unrecyclable plastic clamshells? An excellent selection of produce. The freshest eggs, dairy, and cheeses. Locally caught fish, organic and natural meats, everything fresh and properly handled by the knowledgeable staff. Bulk bins with an extensive selection, including herbs and spices for a much lower price than the packaged spices sold elsewhere, and you control the quantities. Reusable plastic bottles for oil, and liquid soaps and other grooming products. This is the way that I like to live. P.S. If you're a senior, be sure to ask for the discount. :)”

“Ordered an açaí smoothie thing from the juice bar area yesterday and it was super delicious! It was exactly what I was craving and glad there were fresh smoothies available here. Service was pretty quick.”

“High quality, locally owned alternative to Whole Foods that showcases local brands and indie products whenever possible. If you join their loyalty program, they send discounts and high value free items. Not just a can of energy drink or some short dated item that isn't moving (like the big S does) but stuff like half a pound of shrimp the size of your finger, a bag of organic coffee, 750 ml California olive oil, or a bag of organic mandarin oranges. Went in for the free coffee and found a bargain on Bob's Red Mill flour on the same aisle.”
