Place is horrible they hire complete fools I swear I go through same Sh## monthly call in my script tell them I'm on my way but in reality I wait hours or until end of day and once I arrive. Oh it's not ready can u wait 30 min and I do tell them I called it in this morning and no I'm not ok with waiting u people literally do this every month !!! I just finally changed pharmacies and I hope to never go back here Ever!!

Why oh why are staff so rude on the phone? They need to be schooled in customer relations. They know they’re the only game in town, so why try to be compassionate? Like Lily Tomlinson said, “we don’t care, we don’t need to.”

The customer service is atrocious here. Getting prescriptions is incredibly slow and we had to take our credit card off file because they kept over charging us.

Let me talk you through my experience with horsnyder. 10:30, I call my prescription in, they say they'll call me in about an hour when it's ready. 2 pm, still no call. I go in, they say they haven't even started. Now this would be okay if it had only happened to me once or twice, but no joke it's been every single time. This is just ONE issue I run into on a daily basis at Horsynder. My medication is not something that I can just go with out. I really hope the team can figure out what the source of these issues are. The staff is nice, though.

Before purchasing an orthopedic pillow (which cost $144) I asked what the return policy was. One of the employees explained that I can return it as long as it stays in its plastic bag. That afternoon, I showered and rested my head on the pillow for a few minutes to see how it felt. When I rose from the bed I noticed my wet hair had smudged the ink on the plastic covering--I wasn't too worried though, since it was on the back end of the package. I slept on the pillow that nite but woke with terrible neck pain and decided to return it. I went back to Horsnyder's two days later and asked to return it. Because the ink was smudged from my wet hair, the manager told me that they could not sell it and therefore I was unable to get a refund. I feel that it was wrong for the manager to decide this b/c from the front side of the pillow, you cannot see signs of smudged ink. It's only on the back of the bag can you see that the ink has been smudged. I disagree that the pillow is now unsellable b/c of it's packaging defect. I will no longer purchase from this store.

Staff is kind and does their best to help you... for whatever reason prescription processing here is wildly slow. I would give staff 5 stars but 1 star for the administrative processing of perscriptions.

They're nice and helpful over the phone, they tell me someone will call when the RX is ready. But I've never gotten a call or text except once. My doctor had me switch to Walgreens because she said she's had many many issues with Horsnyders such as this. Some prescriptions I end up getting if I call several times others I just never get. Walgreens is significantly more convenient as you can check the status on the app any time and it sends a push notification as soon as it's ready.

My family has had numerous transactions with Horsnyders over the years and every one of them has been positive. We have rented equipment (from breast pumps beginning 26 years ago to orthopedic braces and knee scooters this year for two family members). The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They make navigating the confusing world of medical supplies and insurance much easier.

We walked into Horsnyders and right away Vicki asked what were were looking for. We said blood pressure monitors and she leaded is directly to them. We wanted to replace an old one that we had for over 20 years and wasn't sure what we wanted. She came over in less than a minute and started explaining every single one on the shelf and how to use them. After a few minutes we knew exactly what we wanted. We took it home and it is perfect for our needs We just want to say that she was so knowledgeable and friendly and gave us the best choice for our needs and pocket book. You don't find customer service like that much anymore. Definitely 5 stars for Vicki!

Great store and knowledgeable, well qualified staff, but way too expensive. I wanted to shop local and did. However, I paid $100 for an appliance and found that it was only $25 on the well known behemoth on-line retailer. Oh well, support the locals!

They are the worst! My prescription is never ready and there always seems to be some kind of issue. It's ridiculous, it's very poorly managed.

I am so happy to have Horsnyders in this county. The staff is TOP KNOTCH - they are so knowledgeable & helpful. I went in yesterday to get a brace for my elderly father - I am SO grateful for Annah and Vicki - my goodness! They did so much to make sure it was going to work out right for my dad. Thanks to the owner and/or manager of this store for attracting the right type of employees to compassionately care for the customers - and thanks to Vicki and Annah for being such attentive, patient and knowledgeable people! You are honoring people like my dad each day when you show that type of kindness.

So disappointing. I chose Horsnyders because I want to keep my money with local businesses. I got out of surgery today at 9 am. Finally at 5 pm got my script filled. Apparently some of the clerks got upset with my 2 year old daughter who lost patience whilst my wife and she had to wait 20 more minutes to get the script filled. Meanwhile I'm at home in pain.
