One of the best ships I've been to in years. A Santa Cruz staple fro over 20 years if you haven't been, get going! Best jewelry in town and a plethora of incredible prices. The owner is so kind and helpful always!

Wow! I'm shocked at how rude the woman is at the cash register. Never got acknowledged the entire time I was in there. I made eye contact with her and still nothing, except her watching me the entire time. It was very awkward, and this was and will be my last visit. The prices are super high and not worth it. She's charging $39 for a used GAP dress!

I sure did not want to write this review. But it is a warning to others. Quite a few years ago I dropped off a large amount of high end clothing. Eileen accepted enough that it almost filled 2 sides of her contract. Amounting to approximately $300 worth of her retail price. When the consignment period was over I came in for my check. She said she hadn't gotten around to processing it. No big deal, I'm easy (and also had been a small business owner myself for 20 years, life gets busy). I'll just come back later. I did and still no check. I came back a third time. Said she would have to find the paperwork. Well life threw a lot at me for a couple of years and it went on the back burner but always bothered me. So I went back with the contract copy and stupidly, naively, trusting her very apologetic demeanor, I gave her my copy. Well, never heard back. Just 2 months ago I wrote and sent her a letter reviewing all that transpired and asking her to make this right. I asked her to respond in a timely manner. Well it's been over 2 months and not even an acknowledgment. I really did love buying there. But cannot in good consciousness ever return or certainly consign there ever again. This is a small town and I would have thought Eileen would have wanted to make good her side of the contract/agreement and protect the reputation of her small business. Guess not. Consigner beware!

I absolutely love this shop, as I've found countless antique items here. Whether you're looking for statement pieces, gifts, or everyday clothing items that suit you're quirky personality; I would highly recommend you take a peek at this shop. I've never had any issues with the service, as the owner is very polite and knowledgeable, my receipt has never been miscalculated either. I'd like to add that the jewelry selection here is INCREDIBLE, and you can tell every item was carefully picked.

I have good and bad experiences with this consignment store. Eileen the owner is very nice, and I've picked up some great pieces over the years... My issue is when I consigned a bunch of my own items. When I went to pick up my unsold and my money for the sold items, I really felt she shorted me on the money after I did my math when I got home. It wasn't worth the effort to complain since driving over to Santa Cruz isn't the easiest trip depending on the traffic. 17 can be a pain driving over the hill. Anyway I decided not to shop or consign there anymore for this reason. She had shared with me that it's a tough business and it's hard to keep going.

I love the Ivy Company. The owner Eileen is a local with impeccable taste and high standards when accepting consignments. I have the most amazing vintage cashmere cardigan from the Ivy Co. It's in the very best shape and was such a good deal. The jewelry and accessories are also major attractions. I get so many compliments when I wear my earrings from this great shop. Check it out!

Wonderful and interesting place for something special, unusual or quality every-day wear. I found the perfect hat for a ladies tea and a few lovely tops for my girls.

I decided to pop into this store based on the yelp reviews. I traveled from a distance for pure disappointment. I felt very uncomfortable in the store; the sales woman was unfriendly, quiet and too busy not selling. I was the only person in the store and I would expect that she would try to make some sales (I too am in sales). I am a 31 year old professional with a small frame and this store is simply not for me. In my opinion, the majority of the clothing was size large it and it seems as if they buy for middle aged woman. Maybe my mom would have better luck here. One more thing to add is one piece of clothing that I looked at was stained (this is what I expect from the Goodwill/Salvation Army). I did search through all the racks and left empty handed and disappointed. It could have been because I was so dissatisfied with the overall experience. I will not be back; not even with my mom.
