“I wanted to purchase Emtek door hardware for a remodeling project and the Emtek website generated Plumbed Elegance as a local retailer. I visited their website, which made clear that, due to covid precautions, appointments are needed. I called the store and John answered. I told him what I needed and he scheduled me for an appointment the same day. Plumbed Elegance was easy to find and there was plenty of parking. The shop is jam-packed with top-quality brands of plumbing fixtures and hardware. I identified myself to John and he pulled out the Emtek catalog. I knew what I wanted, so John proceeded item by item, double-checking that he understood what I wanted and writing down the needed model numbers and information. When we were done, John typed up the detailed order while I wandered around. While I was in the shop, Julia was helping another client select plumbing hardware. I could overhear them and Julia struck me as knowledgeable and helpful, aiming to help her customers find something they will love. When John was done with the write up for my order, he went over everything with me one more time to ensure he had the order correct. He asked if I wanted to place the order, which I did. He also gave me an anticipated timeline for the items to arrive. “Gorgeous selection of plants indoor, outdoor, veggie starts, herbs, etc. Prices were fair and everything was easy to find.

Staff pretty much ignored us, which is fine because I didn't need help finding anything, but one employee was watching me struggle to maneuver my cart around an enormous garden hose that was in the middle of the store posing a tripping hazard. She didn't try to move it or help at all. So not the greatest staff in the world, but the plants! Tons of varieties of sages and California Natives. Will definitely be back.”
