I have been to Labcorp in Santa Cruz as well as the one in Los Gatos. I've had appointments in both locations and never had to wait more than a few minutes to get my blood work done. After going to chaotic, crowded, understaffed Labquest in Santa Cruz and San Jose, Labcorp will get my business every time!

I had a fantastic experience at Labcorp. I was seen quickly and without an appointment. Ben is the best phlebotomist!

The Doctor today is very efficient and working very hard. I think it was Dr Gasby. I can't say enough how nice he is and how hard he works. Getting here is easy if you turn on Paul Sweet Rd. Then it's like your second right and park in the garage. Parking was plentiful everywhere and all spaces were clearly labeled. I arrived early but it was not too necessary. I say arrive 10-15 mins like they recommend so you can check in on their iPad on the right when you walk in. From the time of your appointment you'll be out in less than 15 mins.

The phone robot is horrible for this business!! Made an appointment and on the day of I find out my appointment is non existent! What is the point of having an automotive phone service if it is going to completely mess up! Why can't they just have real people answer the god damn phone.

Best phlebotomist ever! This is my 2nd blood draw here and the gentleman (Ben?) is fabulous, kind and reassuring. I loathe needles, have had some misses and he is exceptional. I was so happy to see he is still here!! Also, easy to schedule an appointment and check-in is a breeze (from your smartphone while you wait in your car OR scan the code at the kiosk in waiting room). Tip: have your work order printed, insurance and ID in hand.In and out in 5 mins. Seriously, this is my go-to for labs!

if you're coming here for a drug test, you will probably find that appointments are unavailable and if you decide to get in on the first come first serve, you do not want to come in the morning. Be sure to come at 1 PM because that is the slow time of day, according to the gentleman, I spoke to here.also make sure to turn left on Paul Sweet or as shown in the photo you can't enter on Soquel and get to the proper parking lot.

Benjamin (the tech who was working when I arrived) made this visit a wonderful experience (who can say that about a lab visit?). I arrived early and had forgotten my paperwork. So I asked him if there was any way I could get my pdf copy from my phone to his printer - but he quickly got my order form from my doctor and without my even asking told me I could go into the sample collection room even though I was scheduled for later. He took the samples efficiently, was professional, friendly (even cheerful, at 7:15am!) answered my questions. And I was out the door and back on the road in just a few minutes. In today's world, where most companies rarely meet expectations for basic customer service, I'd just be happy if nothing major went wrong and I was only a little delayed. But Benjamin went way beyond and above what my highest expectations could have been. He sets a new bar for a 5-star experience. To the others who had a bad experience here ... I hope your next visit you get Benjamin as your tech! I do recommend arriving early and planning for unexpected delays. I always bring a book to read, just in case. They usually do things on time here (especially if you've scheduled through their site - that's the best approach). But, hey, life's unpredictable. Some lab processes (and patients) are more difficult than others.

After reading the horror stories of the Los Gatos Lab corps, I decided to go to this one. I made the right choice. The man working there was awesome. I went early. Was in and out in less than 15 min.

The person who draws blood here is AMAZING!!! I usually have people digging around hoping to find a vein, but never have had a problem here, and I have been going for 5+ years. It's best to make an appointment - especially post-COVID. The last time I had to do a walk-in and it only took about 20 minutes to get in, but I was informed that many people have to wait for an hour or so if they are walk-ins. Note that this office does close for lunch, so check before coming over the lunch break if you are a walk-in. Also, I ALWAYS take a physical print-out of my bloodwork orders to avoid the possibility of a wasted trip.

Had a lab order from psychiatrist to get blood work, had an appointment and the file on phone. They said that they can't print the file and that they need a paper copy only after waiting for the appointment they knew nothing about. How we gotta go to the UPS across town ?
