If the computer is old and you need the info downloaded from the hard drive, they will do it from the old tower and dispose of the old material. Or if your laptop needs a new battery or the hinge for the flip top needs a fix. This Neat Clean quick-to-respond service team excels. I have never been disappointed.

Click Away is my trusted "go to" computer first aide / restorer/ over all helpstore. My husband and I have worked with Lawrence for over 20 years. He is "my" trusted computer specialist.I see I've used the word trust multiple times in this five star assessment. But that's the bottom line with computers. This shop came recommended by the nearby UserFriendly Computing and came up roses for me after an initially brusque impression. Juan in particular, their mobile tech, really went above and beyond. This shop is that human-scale gem you hope to find--just be patient, they're a very small operation. No wonder it's won so many annual polls run by some of the local weeklies.What makes it extra valuable to me is they have bona fide credentials: for me it meant that Juan being an Apple Certified Technician allowed him to order genuine Apple parts and perform a screen replacement at or very near to what I'd receive from an Apple store, the nearest of which is still over the hill in Los Gatos. So glad I found this place!

Why waste your time worrying over any computer issue, call Larry and your problems are solved. From turning old vhs tapes into digital memories you can enjoy, to easily resolving your computer or phone concern, Larry is straight forward and knows his stuff. I wouldn’t call anyone else for anything he could help with, and I’m about as picky as it gets!

I had a apple laptop with a broken monitor that was going to cost me $600 at the Apple store or other places to get fixed. With a creative work around, they were able to get me up and running for $100 bucks. Super fast, creative solutions! You guys rock

I can't say enough about Click-Away Santa Cruz. Whether repair, help, or new purchase - the service has always been superior, friendly, and prompt. My Macbook pro was really slow and the battery needed replacement. Lawrence was able to replace the battery and resolve the speed issue within a 24hr turnaround. Excellent customer service and quality repair. I would highly recommend ClickAway for your computer troubleshooting needs.
