The person who was helping me heard what I was looking for and even though it was budget friendly mattresses rather than high end he was equally supportive than how I imagine I would have been treated if I wanted something high end. The info he gave on delivery process, warranty, and mattress upkeep was straightforward and valuable. The one issue which isn’t the companies fault is the homeless population in the shopping center area- so, if you don’t let that deter you from going in, you’ll have an enjoyable shopping experience for sure.

Issac was friendly, outgoing, and very helpful. When the mattress we selected online turned out to be not quite what we wanted he helped us quickly and painlessly find a better one and at the right price. All in all a pleasant experience. We’ll be back to replace our king size bed soon.

I went to Mattress Firm in Santa Cruz last night to ask a couple questions and inquire about a new tempur-pedic mattress. I had the pleasure of meeting with the Assistant Manager, Aaron. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Because of his exceptional customer service, I went ahead and ordered a new Tempur-pedic king mattress with the adjustable frame. Aaron exceeded my expectations and I will refer all my friends and family to his store. Thank you Mattress Firm for having such talented employees like Aaron.

The staff was very helpful , and I paid less than the sticker price !!I'm never buying another bed from anywhere else !!My Godparent is extremely grateful he says all of his aches and pains are gone after the first night sleeping on his new mattress !!Thank you.-BLESSED

Jamie is a lifesaver - gave me a very decent price for a mattress and frame so that I can finish college this year. She was very professional and genuinely helpful. Overall a very easy, seamless experience. The staff cared more about finding a comfortable bed to sleep on than making a quick buck.
