Absolutel complete trash excuse for public transportation. Busses are always late and often decide to just not show up. Missed a midterm because line 10 decided it wanted to skip a pick up time. Also, line 10 stops running around 9, which makes late night studying not possible for many students. So incredibly sick of having to rely on this awful system.

The bike racks on the front of the buses only accommodate tiny cruiser bikes, not made-in-santa-cruz Santa Cruz mountain bikes!! I mean, what kind of vertical integration is that? Do you expect me to RIDE my bicycle across town?? Flippin ridiculous. But they'll let you on the bus for free if you show anything that resembles a student id, so four stars

I wouldn't say it's the best it can be but it fits in with the Santa Cruz vibe. Love the bus drivers and the open metro station. Little rustic but got those Santa Cruz blue hues that's very... Santa Cruz. What were you expecting from a metro station rating, I was hoping I could rate BART too but.. I digress. Santa Cruz fanatic here.

No one working there seems to know any schedule, and it is difficult to find your transit. I suggest giving yourself extra time unless you are already familiar with the spot.

A quaint little bus station; the bathroom is relatively clean despite the station being a favorite spot for the homeless population of the Santa Cruz. A great pho place on the premises.

The best way to see a city is on the bus. Pleasant ride, able to go anywhere in Santa Cruz and the surrounding cities.
