Easy online booking, lots of appointments, in and out in 15 minutes. Camaro helped us and was super nice and put my child at ease during visit.

If I could give zero stars I would. Showed up at 3:28pm (walk in) for a blood draw, new young blonde comes out and asks rudely “do you have an appointment” I said “No, I” didn’t even let me finish speaking and cut me off rudely saying “we’re not taking walk ins, we’re done for the day we don’t take walk ins after 3:40PM” I said “it’s 3:30 right this” didn’t let me finish speaking and said “no, we’re not taking walk in” with a smirk. So I said “don’t say after 3:40 because it’s 3:30 exactly and I got here a couple….” Cut me off again. Young and disrespectful is what she is. Worst experience ever, feeling like you can talk to clients like we’re animals?

I am always pleased with the ease I have in booking the appointment, checking in at arrival and the aptitude of the phlebotomists. I have never had a problem with the accuracy in taking my blood,
even though I have small veins.

The entire waiting room was in discussion about how terrible the Quest system is. The attempt to streamline through the online is a nightmare. Not a single person was happy with the experience. One man was sitting to wait where he had been sitting for 2 hours and had been fasting. I gave them two stars because the staff themselves are lovely. Once you get through the door you're golden but if you need to cancel something or speak to a person there is a closed door with no receptionist If you are lucky enough to grab someone as they come out to talk with someone else that is the only form of speaking to a human being unless you have checked in through their system so if you have a problem with check-in you're on your own. My last cancellation I print it out my form wrote on it and taped it to the door because I could not find a human being to speak to.

The Center was fine and efficient, however the process and availability of appointment slots has a lot to be desired. I ended up with a fasting appointment at 11:20 in the morning. I wish there were appointment slots for like 7 AM, so that one would not need to fast for so long. It's a good thing I'm retired and my time was flexible enough to make the late morning appointment. If I was still working, I would have had to take a half day off.
