Good variety of stuff. I went in to get my usual pack of vibes and Just this kid behind the counter with long hair Was hating on the fact that I was buying vibes instead of raws. And explained why he didn't like it. I thought it was funny but he was serious Some people just need to lighten up these days... So I give 3 out of 5 stars because great prices But horrible quality customer service.

My favorite place to get tobacco in Santa Cruz. They have the best prices on my favorite brands. If you smoke anything, this is the one stop shop that leaves your wallet fairly at the same weight you walked in with.

SECOND TIME THIS PLACE HAS RIPPED ME OFF. They sold me faulty merchandise then refused to replace it. This has happened twice now. Once a few years ago and again recently. I'm both cases I purchased the item. Went to my car directly in front of store. Tried my merchandise and discovered it was faulty then walked right back in. Literally less then a minute later. Both times they refused to replace the item. The woman working behind the counter was absolutely no help at all. She called the owner and told him about the situation and he told her not to replace it. I shouldn't have to go to a smoke shop just to have them blatantly rob me. If you're going here for anything except cigarettes I highly suggest shipping someplace else. The first time they did this I lost 40 dollars. This time they stole 65 dollars. My only option now is to deny the charge on my debit card and follow through. Unfortunately I couldn't even get a receipt. I asked for one after I came back in store and the clerk just said to late for that. Please protect yourself and shop someplace more reliable.

The people here are pretty dang cool. Best lighter selection in Santa Cruz county, exceptional selection of glassware and a high quality selection of cigars.They have another store on the west side which has even more lighters, but it's unfortunately lacking cigars completely.
