The installers were good, professional and polite. However,the communication was poor. I had to keep calling for an install date, and then they didn't confirm and we had to reschedule. Finally, at the end, when they had installed an edging incorrectly, it look me MULTIPLE calls for them to respond and then finally come out and fix the problem.

Georgia was so kind and helpful while I was shopping for hardwood laminate flooring. She got me quotes quickly and responded to every question I asked. So rare to get such great customer service!

Very high end,I had to call them to remind them that I was asking for a quote and measure. They did have some of the most eco friendly products out there.The quote I wanted was for install also but they gave me material only. Install was quoted at $65 an hour,I say if you want it buy the material and find your own installer.

Nima and his staff did an excellent job installing bamboo flooring, replacing the carpet in our house. From the moment we went into the showroom we were listened to and guided to the best possible outcome. Beautiful easy to clean bamboo flooring. The installation was very professional and the installers not satisfied until all details were completed and perfect. We have had neighbors, family and friends admire the flooring over the Holiday season.

It was a sad day when I went into this place. Previous owner sold and the new business doesn't seem to have it together. The people inside were rude and did not seem to know what was going on. I don't even know if they were sales people. What a mess!! Luckily, I was able to reach the old owner and discover that she did not sell them the business, only the property. Would not recommend this place!! You will not get the same service as you did in the past.

We had an excellent experience with Ngima, Georgia and their crew. Great selection of products, excellent customer service and reasonable on pricing. The install was right on time and they were flexible when we were not ready for install. Quality of install was good, too.

I was just browsing but the sales guy was very informative and relaxed. I will consider this business when i'm ready to put floors in.
