Georgia was so kind and helpful while I was shopping for hardwood laminate flooring. She got me quotes quickly and responded to every question I asked. So rare to get such great customer service!

Very high end,I had to call them to remind them that I was asking for a quote and measure. They did have some of the most eco friendly products out there.The quote I wanted was for install also but they gave me material only. Install was quoted at $65 an hour,I say if you want it buy the material and find your own installer.

Nima and his staff did an excellent job installing bamboo flooring, replacing the carpet in our house. From the moment we went into the showroom we were listened to and guided to the best possible outcome. Beautiful easy to clean bamboo flooring. The installation was very professional and the installers not satisfied until all details were completed and perfect. We have had neighbors, family and friends admire the flooring over the Holiday season.

It was a sad day when I went into this place. Previous owner sold and the new business doesn't seem to have it together. The people inside were rude and did not seem to know what was going on. I don't even know if they were sales people. What a mess!! Luckily, I was able to reach the old owner and discover that she did not sell them the business, only the property. Would not recommend this place!! You will not get the same service as you did in the past.

We had an excellent experience with Ngima, Georgia and their crew. Great selection of products, excellent customer service and reasonable on pricing. The install was right on time and they were flexible when we were not ready for install. Quality of install was good, too.

Samaya's Eco Flooring does not only have amazing customer service, but they did a fantastic job on our floors. Nima was more than a pleasure to work with, he helped us every step of the way, and guided us with his expertise which helped choose beautiful flooring for our house. They aren't the type of people to try and make you pay extra and suggest extra things that you don't need- I feel that they genuinely want to give you quality product, so that your space looks to the best it can be. They also refinished our floors and steps and a woodblock in the kitchen, all of which exceeded my expectations. His workers were kind and courteous and did an excellent job. I feel like we really lucked out with them because we needed this job done last minute, they understood the situation and figured out how to work it into their schedule to help us! In the future if I need flooring, I would certainly go back to them, and if you're considering getting flooring, definitely go here because they are a wonderful local business and will take really good care of you.
