One of the few remaining electronics stores left. Staff is helpful and courteous and prices are reasonable.

I like this place, but its selection of components seem to be dwindling from visit to visit....

Wow! Now that Fry's is gone, this is the only place I know that still has a great assortment of electronic components. Prices are good and service is extraordinary. I drove from Alameda to find an ordinary resistor. They had it. No one else did. Thank you.

I love this place, just wish they had better inventory. The shelves are getting bare. Go here and show them you appreciate them with your wallet! It matters.

Santa cruz electronics, this store is not exactly what it says ,they could stock alot more products, but they would have a bigger customer base,it's easier to send you somewhere else for things like batteries, ect

Very niche parts and electronics parts. Nothing for gaming in particular, but they got all sorts of cables and switch boards.

Paul at Santa Cruz Electronics saved the day when my 3D scanner ran into an issue with an internal battery. I was pretty stressed about the situation and didn't want to attempt fixing it myself, but Paul was familiar with the internal battery and comfortable with the process. He was able to fix my unit in a matter of days and I was relieved when the unit powered on. They earned my repeat business. Thank you!!!

Amazing service - Professional, quick, awesome price and very friendly! I brought a 20 year old computer in to get the photos and other data off of the hard drive and Mike did it with no issues in just two hours and the service was only $50.00! I had previously taken it to Pleasure Point Computers for this same service and was charged $50.00 just for them to look at it and then quoted $250.00 (!) as they said the hard drive kept failing. Possibly Pleasure Point Computers doesn't have the same type of equipment or expertises as Santa Cruz Electronics to do this type of job? I'm not sure what happened with them, but thankfully Mike saved the day!

They have a good generalized selection considering the marketplace now-a-days. It is difficult for any electronics store to stay current and also stay in business. So, I am very appreciative to have such a retailer in Santa Cruz.
