We can’t say enough wonderful things about Stacey! As first-time buyers under a tight timeline, Stacey didn’t miss a beat. She guided us through the entire process of finding the right home and was always available to answer our many questions along the way. Her true superpower shone during negotiations, and once our offer was accepted, she connected us with trusted professionals for inspections and repair quotes. She even made the process enjoyable for our two small kids, making them feel included during tours and our many trips to Santa Cruz. We are so grateful for Stacey’s hard work and dedication in making our dream of homeownership come true!

I think Renee thinks I was out of line texting you but I was surprised at the pictures my friend took and even more so as the picture of my backyard where one of my caregivers planted a magnolia tree for me and thought the tree would have grown but the tree was not there anymore. Stacey is a gem. She is resourceful, helpful, accessible and a pleasure to work with. Our sale was remote - we are in another state. Each time an issue arose she had spot-on suggestions about what to do, and she took care local logistics for us. Plus, she is a truly kind and caring person. If I could give her 10+ stars, I would.

Stacey's the best. It's a small sample size for us, she's the only agent I've ever talked to — but I still believe it's true! From our first conversation she made us feel super comfortable as first-time homebuyers.
