Absolute idiots I wasted an hour waiting to get a free screen protector that THEY OFFER. And they want to charge another 40 dollars for something that was already paid for which wouldn't be that bad if it wasn't the second time this happened. Then I ask to speak to a manager, they say I can't have his phone number. Then I ask when will a manager will be in ? He didn't know.... frustrating

4 people working in the store couldn’t bother to greet us or help us with a phone trade in. Literally walked in wanting to buy a new phone didn’t even need convincing and wasn’t acknowledged . Not sure what’s going on with this location but walked out laughing at how horrible the customer service was.

Waste of time. Explained the situation and told them exactly what the operator on the phone told me and they made up a bunch of excuses to not help me even though another store had done the exact same steps before.

Trevor and Ayoto cannot be trusted. They lied, adding an unnecessary line to my family account when only a new phone was needed.After calling customer service, the Tmobile agent explained the additional line was not needed. The agent fixed Trevor and Ayoto's money grab.They intentionally deceived a young customer rather than give us the lowest cost offer.Don't trust them.

Went in here 3 different times, the manager was of little help and clearly put in no effort to be of assistance, I've been having issues with my phone and registering my touch to screen. Technical support had me go into this store on ocean street, to return my phone and get a new one, because I am insured. He claimed that my phone had a red water damage indicator the second time I came in and said I could not receive my warranty claim, ironically he contradicted himself, because the first time I came in he said that he could not see any water damage indicator color, Cleary this manager does not know what he's doing, and he obviously just didn't want to deal with a warranty claim. Really bad customer service, and a really bad attitude, don't recommend anybody goes to this store.

SIM card number was giving me trouble and I was getting no service. I came in to get help and they fixed it for free.

Customer service is great.Then they text you a survey, ok.But this is where the fraud (Bait and switch) starts. Take the survey, then get an iPhone clone, for free. Pay 5.00 shipping.Nope, not only do they charge you 5.00 shipping, but charge you separately 85.00 for the watch. So do not take the survey ever.

Just not open today. Spent about 30 minutes in front of the store at opening with a bunch of customers and employees who didnt have a key waiting for a manager to show up and open the store. Came back in the afternoon and its still locked up. Whoever the manager is should be replaced immediately. Was told it would be minutes. Instead, all customers wont get help and employees wont get to work. Phone goes to a full voicemail for a bonus.

I've been with T-Mobile for over a decade now. After some persistent issues with cell & data reception, I went into this location recently based on what one of the technicians over the phone instructed me to do. Not only did the rep at this store completely contradict everything that the reps and techs told me over the phone, they wanted to charge me for what I was told and assured (again over the phone) would be no charge. When I inquired about this in a kind of confused frustration, they got so angry and defensive that I had to de-escalate. Then I left, called T-Mobile customer service over the phone, and arranged for them to send me what I needed instead (new 5g SIM cards apparently). Although this is my "local" T-Mobile store, I will not be returning if I can help it. I have never been so mislead, contradicted, or been confronted with such defensiveness before. I'm leaving this review here so that others approach this location with caution.

The employees seem nice enough but don't know their jobs at all. None of the 3 employees could help me with guestpay. I had to use a friends credit card because of their lack of training. It's about time to switch providers again.
