Just a great establishment. Prices as of 12-2023: $4.50 for a smaller wash (fits most of my loads), $6.50 for a medium wash, and $8.50 for a large wash. Dryers are $.50 per ten minutes. Takes 20-30 min to dry most of my loads. Pretty comparable to most places in the area. The place is spotless and attendants are very hard working and respectful. The washer to dryer transfer is free but tips are appropriate. It’s nice that it’s close to the beach with restaurants/coffee nearby. WiFi is available and outlets are easy to find. Don’t know what else I could ask for from a laundromat! Keep up the excellent work.

I was only in the front half of the business & it was very clean. Two employees were working @ the time. The downside IMO is they don't accept quarters, credit or debit card or mobile pay directly @ the machines. You must put money on one of their cards to use at the machine. I didn't know this & so I got help from an employee & told them I wanted to dry something really quickly & that I only had 50 cents. Since I've done laundry before @ other laundromats I know that 50 cents gets you at most 10 minutes. The employee thought it was really strange that I only wanted to dry something for 10 minutes & said "Well that's only about 10 minutes". I told them yes I know how long it will be & that it doesn't matter because that will be long enough for what I need. They said "okay but it still may not be dry by then"I left & came back before the 10 minutes & heard the employee more or less saying like what was I doing going there to only dry something for 10 minutes. For this area I recommend using the laundry mat next to the Bagelry.

Driers are now 40 or 50 cents for 10 min, which is on par with most dryers in this area, Machines use a member card; it's free but you load money onto it. You can ask for your balance back from the staff. Small, cozy place, so come on a weekday to beat the weekend crowd. The drop off service used to be good, but now only 2 tiers of pricing and free transfer to dryers. "Sorted" isn't sorted, everything is just stuffed in the bag; no more layering. $25 minimum with a $3 gratuity ?. The Ozone option is a good option if you don't already have OxyClean. The space is clean and the staff is friendly, so be nice to them. This was my favorite place, and it is nice and staffed, but I've found another laundry that's cheaper for drop-off.

Very clean, lots of machines, and attentive staff. Free washer to dryer transfer too! There's a size and price for everyone. Highly recommend this spot for anyone to do their laundry.

Absolutely top notch. Bright space, clean machines, clear instructions, diligent attendants. You can walk next door for a sandwich while you wait for your laundry. If you want to get cash back from your card, the attendant will gladly help you.

Today I went to The Laundry Room to wash a new fluffy mattress pad - I washed and dried it, sitting close by, but when I went to the dryer to pick it up it was gone! The staff handled my problem beautifully, looked at the webcam recording, figured out who picked it up, and saw that it was a person who mistakenly picked up mine instead of her own. The manager, Sophia, called her (left a message), but assured me that they would pay for my loss if need be. The woman brought it back a bit later, I picked it up, and all is well. I was even offered another wash and dry at no expense.I felt well treated and pleased.

Very helpful staff for newcomers. Had a great experience. Accidentally grabbed someone's laundry basket and they were even nice.

If u just came out of Henry Cowell State Park and got to do your laundry, this is the place. Open until 9pm- thank you!- and card operated. I mean, we all stopped using cash like 10 years ago. I’m thankful for these card laundry places. Place clean. The owner was fun to talk to and made the time go by faster. I’m used to doing my laundry in my apartment in Texas- you throw it in and go about your tasks so being stuck in a wash machine room waiting for your laundry is a new experience for me- but places like these make it a no brainer. I really don’t have to rent a place with wash machine hookups with excellent laundromats like these around!!!! ???????

I was there yesterday for the first time and used one of the 60# washers to wash a lot of rug/comforter type items. It was the best laundromat experience ever. All the older 5 star reviews still apply!!! (I always worry that places will deteriorate over time but the Laundry Room is still tops!)

I sometimes use the free transfer service that they offer, where they take the laundry from the washer and put it in the dryer for you. Great idea no? Too bad that it already happened TWICE that they put to dry carpets and rugs that I use to mop the floor together with towels and clothes. In the paper they make you fill up you can specify if you want them together or separate and I marked separate. They used two dryers, just mixed everything. Worst part is that I went to ask what happened and while one of the lady was nice and admitted she just made a mistake, the other one was very rude, defensive, unprofessional and ended up saying I am very welcome not to go there anymore and treated me like if nothing bad happened from their part.Yes the service is free but I always tipped for it and if you can’t even own up to your mistake (and what a bad one too) and make up for them, why offer and promote such service. As I said this is the second time this happened, and the treatment I received was the worst part of the situation. Because mistakes we all do at work.I always recommend this laundromat to everyone but for sure I won’t anymore

This is one of the nicest laundromats in town. My only issue with them is that there have been dogs running around inside the laundromat the last few times we've used it. The last thing I enjoy on my clean blankets is dog hair and dander. Please leave your dogs at home.

This is the cleanest, most welcoming laundromat I've ever been to. Staff are helpful and prompt. I really appreciate having this business in our community. I use the wash, dry and bag service and everything comes back clean and crisp - and fast!

Clean and convenient. I don't usually use a public laundry but felt it was a bit expensive. But again, i don't have a lot of comparison.
