no customer service at this branch. went there to open bank account and she could not finish application after us sitting there for 1hr. apparently due to computer error we could not finish the last 2min. branch manager came to help her. he was just rude, didnt introduce himself or anything how you would normally expect. she said, come back in 1hr or so. 10min tops to finish. we did. this time, she was the only person available working cashier. there was an older lady trying to get her money for rent but there was limit of sorts, and all i heard from teller was how she cant help this and that. client resorted to closing account to get to her money. it was just sad to watch. i had to leave after a few minutes as line didnt move. fast forward and we tried to finish this. we are told well within branch hours she has to count out this and that and has no time. i ask if she can just help get signatures. just a no and no and no. apparently now it will take 30 or 40mins again. we are offered an appt three days from now or told to go away when we ask if there is anything else which could be done. they dont care at this place and should do something else. branch manager comes on, reiterates same thing, says he cant help us and hangs up. sad branch and that manager does not seem to like working there. called district manager, line just rings. no voicemail or anything. i dont know but good luck! we are going elsewhere for now. they dont seem to care much about anything at this place.

Zero online customer service. They don't bother to write out full names for web withdrawals so you have to call and wade through their nearly totally dysfunctional "automated phone service" in hopes that someone might be able to explain things like why "Pnp" took out $448 dollars or another mysterious company took $1498. They took over Union Bank which we loved. Boooo! Looking for another bank.

Before you decide to have this bank as yours, make sure you pull in the parking lot a couple times in the afternoon to see how miserable it is. One day last week two other cars and myself were trying to maneuver out of the parking lot which was a challenge. So today I asked the teller if possibly the security guard could park his car over in grocery outlet so that would open up another space for the customers. Since there is a total 5 parking places. She told me I am not going to ask him to park over there. She told me to park over in the grocery store because he eats his lunch in his car. Well, you know what he can still eat his lunch in his car when it's parked over there, because he's not working during his lunch anyway. Apparently the customers come last.

US bank is horrible.. taking my $$$ and running. I opened a CD less then a year ago and was advised I would only be pentalized with my interest I made. I’m buying a condo and had to break the CD 3 months early and my penalty was $3,000… lost my interest too. I called the main US BANK customer service told me to call my branch so they could waive it. The Manager at the bank refused adamantly. I have been with US Bank since for over 25 years. My sister did the same financial move at another bank and was charged $8 for breaking her CD earlyDon’t trust this bank!!!!
