I was going to contact Appliance Masters, but based on reviews and the number times Jovan was mentioned not providing excellent customer service, I will choose to continue looking for someone to repair my Miele dishwasher. I don't mind you backing your employees, but at some point, the customer has to be right. I respect a company that accepts blame and falls on their sword.Response to Christopher;I have more that one appliance in my home and even more appliances in the property's I own. I had received a mail drop from Appliance Masters and that is why I reviewed your business. Even though you do not service the dishwasher in my home, I'm sure that you service some of the other appliances in my home and property's. You had the opportunity to take the high road, but you didn't. Rest assured that I will never contact your company for anything and if someone mentions that they're looking for someone to repair their appliance, your company will never be mentioned by me.

June 2022We have called Appliance Masters twice for different Issues on our Thermador freezer. Both times,we were/are very pleased with the service received. Most recently we called because the freezer was not functioning (Tuesday night). I called the next day and they were able to send a technician on Friday morning. We were informed of the service call fee which would be applied to any necessary repair. Communication & timeliness:I received a reminder the night before the appointment, a call and text when the technician was on his way. Efren arrived on time. He quickly assessed the problem and explained what part needed replacement. He had the part in the truck, thankfully. Service:Efren was very professional and efficient. Work was completed quickly and neatly. We would not hesitate to call this company should have future issues with our appliances. (They also did an under warranty repair for our Viking range-oven 13 years ago!)

Robbie was a pleasure to have in our kitchen. He was on time, friendly, professional, good sense of humor, and thorough in his diagnostic assessment of our very old Wolf oven/range in our church kitchen. We had no idea the condition it was in, as it likely had never been serviced for decades. With his expertise we now know this appliance will last many more years. Our new renovation will include it. We are definitely scheduling regular maintenance now with Appliance Masters of Southern California.

We had a fantastic experience with this company. Bertazzoni referred them to us because our home warranty provider couldn't find any service partners who had even heard of Bertazzoni, let alone know how to repair one. It was a simple fix, but we weren't willing to risk someone who was not qualified causing further damage to our range. We reached out and Chris was very quick to respond and help get the part ordered right away. His support team was efficient in sending over documentation needed and making an appointment as soon as the part came in. Carlos, our service technician, called before arriving, arrived on time, and fixed our range in a reasonable timeframe. We couldn't have been more pleasantly surprised with the level of service we received. We would call you back anytime. Thanks again for being committed to customer service. Most companies these days are not.

Received excellent service by Jamie on my thermador range. He was prompt, knew what it would take to fix the issue and I now have a fully functional range again. For everyone out there who tries to remove the Venturis like I did to get to the electronic spark module, note that the Venturis can seize. 3 came out no problem, 4th 5th and 6th would not, so using the methodology of if it breaks, it was meant to, is not the answer to this design. Venturis are brass connected to an aluminum housing. I tweaked the aluminum feed line to the housing. Jamie had to drill out the 3 Venturis and replace the 4th burner feedline. Do yourself a favor and call Jamie.

I received no incentives to write this review: Efran is amazing! He has come to our office twice now, and I requested him specifically the 2nd time because of the great experience i had the first time around! Efran is experienced, professional, and quick! It's not often that I write reviews but Efran is so wonderful and helpful, I really want to emphasize his expertise, he really goes above and beyond ! Appliance Masters has been the only repair company to answer all my questions quickly and help me come up with solutions during this time where everything has slowed down because of Covid. They answer calls immediately, follow through, and work efficiently!!!I am so impressed and I am a genuinely happy customer!Thank you Efran and appliance masters!

In short, this company does a 'bait and switch' when possible.I chose this company because they are a certified Fisher Paykel servicer. There were only two and the other is no longer in business. My mistake started by not looking up their Yelp review status...one of the lowest for this type of business...and they certainly proved it today when it all went from honest and solid communication to a feeling of bait and switch. It started in mid-December 2021 when the tech (Carlos I believe) that came out told me he didn't have the experience to resolve our problem (remove a seized venturi and replace the spark module). Keep in mind, I was very specific with the tech and the staff at the office about what I KNOW the problem to be. I could fix it myself but there are no videos on YouTube or anywhere online showing how to remove the stainless steel panels to access the two areas I needed to do the repair. Both Carlos and the office staff said the service call is $170. They told me this on multiple occasions. Carlos left our house and said I need to reschedule with the main office so that a more experienced tech could do the work. No problem...I called and scheduled for Jan 13. The lady at the office said 3 techs would come out, Carlos (I assume to learn) and 2 experienced techs. I couldn't figure out why they would need 2 experienced techs. She assured me the price of labor would still be $170.After waiting almost a month, the experienced tech (I think his name is Jovan) and Carlos showed up on time. No 3rd tech but I didn't mind. Once they set up some tools and removed knobs, Jovan turns to me and says "Did they tell you the price to do this job?" I said "Yes...$170". No, it was a $575 that they would do for $400. I then proceeded to try to understand how and why the big price jump. It went something like this...Me: The lady at your office told me on at least 3 occasions the price is $170.Jovan: She doesn't know about pricing.Me: I told her exactly what needs to be done and Carlos was here so why are you increasing the price by so much? I don't mind paying a fair price.Jovan: It takes two techs to do this job at $200/techMe: How does it take two?Jovan: To disengage the oven...Me: You mean to pull it away from the wall? I could help you do that.Jovan: We could leave if you don't want to pay.Me: I don't want you to leave, I just want to understand how the price suddenly went up by so much when you had so much information about the problem.Jovan: I helped create this company so if you don't want to pay what the work is worth then we will leave. There was more back and forth but I had them leave more out of principle than anything else. The conversation above was longer as I tried to understand why their company would spend so much effort and time with me on what became knowledge of the problem THEN arrive to my home and lie/deceive about their pricing.Anyway...I looked up Yelp reviews for other companies and hoping to find a DCS range knowledgable service company.

More times than not, people complain about bad service but forget those that excel in customer service. This is one of those time. We have Bosch appliances and have not been happy with Bosch appliance service. We were referred to Appliance Masters of Southern Calif. Service Tech Carlos, from Appliance Master of SC, came out and provided a professional, courteous and excellent job. I recommend this company for anyone seeking service on their appliances. As a small business owner, I know the importance of excellent customer service to the success of a business. In closing, Service Tech Carlos truly deserve to be congratulated and rewarded for providing exceptional customer service.
