ARCpoint Labs of Santa Fe Springs is a very good lab providing accurate and fast results. The facility is great, clean, and easy to find. The staff is respectful, kind, super nice, professional, and friendly with outstanding people skills. Service is fast-paced, getting people in and out with no waiting; no appointments are needed for walk-ins. The testing process is very easy, fast, and done correctly. The waiting room has a homely feel. Results are posted quickly. The experience is highly recommended and 100% better than other labs.
First time here was a breeze. I came prepared and had my two forms of ID ready to go. Front desk staff made it easy to check in.
