Very bad experience from this store that has cost me over $1000+.I came to this store back in November of 2022. I had a phone number on my ex girlfriends account that I wanted to take to my own account on the same company. (Should be easy and straight forward right?) I even had my own iPhone that was paid off to bring over.Unfortunately, I fell for their scam. They told me that the only way I can bring the number to my own account was to buy a new phone and new line, then add my old phone number (which I need for work) as a second line. This seemed very off to me but I was in a pinch and went with it anyways. I had taken my old iPhone and traded it in for a new one. I was paying $120/month and only using one line.Of course, they put the payment plan on the line I did not need so I found let cancel it without paying off the new iPhone they made me purchase.Months later I return after a long conversation with customer service who told me to go back to the store and have them undo what they did. The store manager had told me that it wasn’t possible and I just have to deal with it and report it as fraud. So I stopped there.Fast forward to today, I went to another store in the Norwalk Square and I met a new worker named Aries. He was extremely helpful. The plan was to use the second unused line for a new iPad Pro I had just purchased.I explained to them what happened and asked if they can remove the line I wasn’t using and add a new one for my iPad. And they did exactly that. 10/10 on their part. But I had to pay off the phone I got (and traded in my old one for) in order to cancel the unused line. This store in Santa Fe did not tell me that the credits will be added monthly on my plan. So now that I have canceled the plan, I will never see my credits from my iPhone 13pro that I had paid off before coming into this situation.!!!!!DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!!!!!!ASK FOR ARIES AT THE STORE IN THE NORWALK SQUARE HE IS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND IS NOT AFTER YOUR MONEY LIKE THIS STORE IS!!!

I'm pretty sure this is a franchise store & not a corporate store. It makes a difference since they set terms. I called to buy a charger because AT&T had a promo if you bought a new phone, accessories are 50% off. I had already bought phone online 2 days before but they wouldn't honor it. Plus, the price was $30 instead of $20 online. Luckily online I suggested I buy it & they credit me the difference, which they did. Hopefully, this store will honor returns w/no hassle.

Fraudulent store and representatives. They are not a corporate store. They sold me on a fake promotion. Said i could trade my iPhone 8S Plus for an iPhone 13 Mini straight across, a wash / no additional charge. Just pay the sales tax and have the new phone. Then I start seeing the Equipment charge a month later. 15 months later I am still fighting it and corporate does know about this store scamming their customers. However, can't do anything about it since the promotion was for $350 credit vs $800. Not, however, what this store was promoting and misleading customers with. This happened in September 2021. Did you get scammed too? Zero stars if that were possible!

Went to the store on Telegraph and was helped by Manager Jose. I am a new customer to ATT-FirstNet, and I was there to purchase a new phone. He told me that new customers were unable to get new phones without adding an extra line, because they aren't established customers. So, I had to have my phone line and add a line for a watch for 6 months, then I could cancel it. And that would be the only way he could sell me a new phone. (I was also trading in an old one). I called ATT-FirstNet directly at 1-800-547-7000 (a live person answers very quickly), I spoke with a lovely lady named Lauren and she told me that info was absolutely FALSE. It is not required to do that at all. And here's the other kicker.... When I went on the ATT app to pay my bill, I saw that there was my phone line, a watch , AND a tablet on there!!!! I called ATT-FirstNet and they remedied this immediately. They removed the watch and tablet, and refunded me the cost. I was charged several different activation fees, an upgrade fee, and the cost of the 2 extra services that I do not need, or want, or asked for. I was advised by ATT-FirstNet that unfortunately they have had issues with storefronts doing this in the past, so that the sales person gets the credit for it. UNBELEIVABLE! I called the store multiple times asking to speak to Jose, and left messages. He has never called me back. MAKE SURE that you are logging in and checking your services and your bills to make sure they are correct. I was taken advantage of by this store and this Manager. Thank You SO MUCH to Lauren from ATT-FirstNet for providing me with the correct information and fixing my bill. I will never return to this store, and I would advise others to stay away as well. Dishonest sales people and Managers. Really sad about how I was treated at this store. Very pleased with how I was treated by ATT-FirstNet via phone. I would recommend that you just call them directly to handle business.

Definitely will not be coming back to this location. I called the Downey location beforehand to verify that I can swap the SIM from my S21 to my 2020 gaming phone (ASUS ROG3) and I was told yes. I should've gone to THAT location. I came here because it was closer to home. I explained to the young woman about the SIM swap but that I was told my ROG would be on the 4G network rather than the 5G. She then told me "you could do the swap yourself". I let her know I went to the store in the event the SIM needed to be different (mind you, that was a courtesy, I didn't NEED to tell her). She rolled her eyes and I might as well have asked her to clean my house. She made no attempts to troubleshoot the phone after the SIM swap. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere.

I had a pleasant visit at this at&t store Rafael was very nice and helpful with most of the other customers he helped as well! I been to other the Downey store and they were not helpful too busy interacting with themselves rather that helping customers...

I visited this store yesterday to upgrade my phone and Raphael was absolutely amazing. I have had an iPhone since 2007 when the first one came out and been with att that long ! He went above and beyond to set everything up and make recommendations for our plan, etc. a true gem of an employee and Ashley was also super welcoming and a pleasure to deal with. I had visited the Downey store earlier in the day and the employee was rude and very unhelpful so I just left and am so glad I picked this store that’s closer to home anyway

I recently visited this store to Upgrade my IPhone and was extremely pleased by the customer service of the employees. I was greeted as I walked in the store and was helped immediately. They got me in and out the store fairly quick and also helped me transfer my information over to the new phone .
