Don't trust this bank with your money. Worst bank experience I've ever had I was offered $250 sign on bonus months later when I called customer service I was denied the offer can't even take more then $200 out. The ATMs have been down lately and can't Zelle in an emergency situation everything sux about this bank their just out for your money i wish I can give 0 stars

I don't like giving negative reviews to anyone, but this branch is one of the worst..I'm sorry. Every time I go, even for a simple card activation they just refer me to the customer service number. The thing is, I already tried calling customer service, and that wasn't working hence me coming in physically to the bank. I went in wanting to file a dispute on my card , they sort of side eyes me saying said there was nothing they could do... so I gave up and went to another branch. I ended up going to ANOTHER branch, and they went above and beyond to help me. Simply put, the employees that work at this branch are just walking atms, nothing more. They won't go out their way to help you. To be honest, it seems like they just don't care and want to have it easy. If you want anything else complex, you're better off saving your time and energy going to another place. It seems like the employees here just scoff at you if you want anything other than simple transactions. I won't be coming here again other than to use the atm machine outside, sorry

I don't know what it is about some banks but a lot of the times they seem to have all the power and all you can do is just say thank you or close your account so very unprofessional they don't seem to care whether they help you or not so think I'll be closing my accounts and going somewhere else.

There are three locations I usually go to depending on where I might be going. This location by far is my "favorite" because everyone is friendly. I usually have more than three transactions I have to do and they don't ever smirk or seem like it a bother, whereas other locations have exhibited that behavior. Also, during this pandemic their drive-through is also open which is a ++.

Well after 13 years you are losing a customer. In the past you have allowed 3rd party checks but now you absolutely refuse. Even though my husband has walked in and shown his ID and has the same last name you simply didn't help us. When I walk in other banks I'm always greeted at the door and they offer way more services!! The two ladies who have worked at this bank Areli and older lady with glasses are incredible. The new managers Elizabeth and the guy are too invasive and extremely loud and I've seen customers yell at Elizabeth and tell her how ghetto she is. Something shady is happening at this branch with the new management and changes. They would rather lose a long standing customer who has never gave or had any issues then do the right thing. Plan to always wait 10-15 minutes in line each visit as well whether there is 3 people or 10 they take that long always

There always 5 people behind the glass but only two at windows I literally waited 15 min just to withdraw money outta my account the other people just look at you like you are waiting like they dont know what they are doing. You guys need to be faster

I usually have no problem with the Bank however today. I stood behind five customers on my lunch after 20 or so minutes. The Bank Teller advised me I can not cash my check they are off line . Only deposits can be made. Or I can try tomorrow to see if they are bank online . This is no fault of the Nice Female Bank Associate. The Branch Manager should had stood in line and advised each customer once we entered the Bank. Or Perhaps post signs .

I tried to find out if a check had sufficent funds before I deposited it. When I talked to someone from this branch, Santa Fe Springs, they said that they can't do that over the phone. So I asked if I came in could I get answer and again her answer was "I can"t be sure." I asked to speak to the manager but was told he was busy to call back in an hour. Then I called another branch,La Habra, and asked the same question. With no hesitation, the young lady asked for the routing number and gave me my answer.
