Worst store I’ve been too. Only reason I come to this one is because it’s the closest one. They couldn’t give me my $6 in change and wouldn’t even put the balance towards a charger. So I pretty gave them a $6 tip

If I could give zero stars I would. This place is horrible management is ridiculous and the business practices are horrible. If you decide to get something on Progressive leasing they scam you by telling you your accessories are free especially expensive speakers that are 200 dollars that you didn’t want but were forced into buying. The employees there don’t seem to know what they are even selling. Karime is very disingenuous and just cares about getting a sale by any means. The DM Noel is also a pain to deal with instead of being responsible and resolving issues he’s busy scamming others at different stores. This location also has RATS whole time I was there I can here them running up in the roof which is disgusting especially with subway right next door. Worse place ever DONT SUPPORT OPTIMAL WIRELESS they are a horrible Cricket Retailer.AND DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

Do NOT purchase accessories from this store. They will NOT honor the 7 day return. I bought an iPhone 13 pro max, out right, and accessories.The charging box I purchased, for $33, is defective. The box heated up, and heated up my phone. I went to the store 4 days after I purchased everything. The manager, Noel, yelled at the employee saying that “they do not honor returns on accessories, period”. The employee, Erick, was visibly distressed/shaking. He told me it was his first retail job, and he was extremely worried about getting into trouble.I’m also not happy with the original sale. The sales person, Karime, was so fake and obviously only interested in the sale. She rushed me through the purchase, and didn’t answer my questions thoroughly at all. I was In a difficult situation, bc the phone I had was barely working.I also didn’t realize until after I purchased my phone that Cricket would refuse to unlock it for 6 months. So, I paid for my iPhone 13 Pro Max in full, but I’m bound to Cricket for 6 months until they unlock it.I did go to Apple and purchase a charging box for $20, and it works perfectly.I still have 58 days to purchase the Apple protection, which I will do, bc Cricket actually charges $132 a year for their insurance, and they charge you more than Apple when you file insurance claims.There are pros and cons of both, but if this situation isn’t resolved I’m washing my hands of Cricket. I have never experienced anything like this after doing business w/Cricket on, and off for 18 yrs.I do want to mention the employee Frankie, he assisted Karime in the original sale. Frankie was genuinely helpful. I really liked him.I may have to just take the $33 loss, but I’ll never forget this experience. This is terrible customer service. I have contacted Cricket, but they said the stores have their “own policies”, but they have opened an investigation on my behalf.

Frankie was super chill made it easy to switch. Didn’t bs me like a lot of other places. He built my trust and I defiantly will be coming back soon and telling my friends and family.

Frankie was a big help he made it easy to understand all the charges for us he even helped my dad set up his new iphone to be able to download apps 10/10 Frankie is the best Eder and Hash were also great to have a conversation with great team they got there
